The villa in Andalus-style for 6 adults and 2 children is located within the exclusive residential area of Roche, directly at the pine forest and less than 900m from one of the finest stretches of sand on the Costa de la Luz: the Atlantic beach stretches some 7km in one direction, where it finishes at the abandoned tuna fishing port of Sancti Petri, and 500m in the other, where low sandstone cliffs rise to form a series of tiny sandy coves and rock pools known as the Calas de Conil.

Andalusian Jewel offers a combination of forest, beach, comfort and mature spacious gardens that is very difficult to find on the Cádiz coast.

Combining spanish charm and modern comfort in a unique way, the villa is the perfect place to enjoy your next holiday. Surrounded by unveiled nature and with panoramic views, the accommodation offers three comfortable double bedrooms, a studio and three modern bathrooms for up to 8 guests.

Separated on two levels, the ground floor welcomes its guests with an open concept. The spacious living-room with a library and fireplace connects to a dining area for all guests and an office area. There is satellite TV and a music system, Wifi.

The kitchen offers the highest standard of full cooking equipment with an extra household room. On the ground floor there is also one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The rooms have access to the terrace, surrounding garden and pool.

Upstairs there are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and balcony from which you can enjoy a panoramic view of the pine forest. On the upper floor, there is an atelier which offers two extra beds für children and a table top football game as well as another satellite TV.

The Andalusian Jewel gets its charm and unique ambiance from personal artworks, typical tiles and different patios. The patio around the pool is tiled with local stones, the south facing patio is the perfect place to enjoy a day in the warm shade while overlooking the variety of trees in the garden and another patio offers comfortable outdoor furniture for outdoor dining and a BBQ Weber.

It is a house that is both cool and fresh in the summer (all the bedrooms have shutters with mosquito nets) and cosy in the autumn and winter months (there are solar-panels, a gas-fired central heating and an open fire). Previous guests have enjoyed, in particular, the spacious rooms, the enclosed pool area with the big sized pool (11x5m) and the choise of sitting-out areas on the terraces and in the romantic garden.

Service:
The house is cleaned thoroughly before your arrival. Towels and beach towels are laid out in the bathrooms and beds are made up.
A cleaning service can be arranged for you.

A child's cot and high chair are available on request.

The gardener will take care of the garden and pool during your stay. For all other issues I will be available for you.

Changeover day is flexible.

Please note this is a no smoking house but our guests are welcome to smoke on the covered and open terraces.

A tomcat that we adopted through Street Cats Rescue has been living in our large garden for two years. He has an automatic food bowl and is not allowed in the house.
