Some information for you, We have been enjoying our holiday home with its wonderful garden and large swimming pool in Andalusia for over 20 years. In the meantime also with our playful and adventurous grand children. We've created a relaxing and well-situated home with space to live and enjoy holidays. We look forward to welcoming you as guests who value such a personal atmosphere in our pleasant home.

Owner purchased this Villa in 1994

- Roche is an affluent private residence, set in acres of stunning pine forest and situated beside Andalucia’s Costa del Luz, on Spain’s southern Atlantic coast. It has an excellent infrastructure: local shop, pharmacy, hair stylist, bar, tennis courts.
- It is an ideal location for families and children, with no busy roads, a playground for younger children and an adventure playground for older ones, both within the development.
- In Roche you will finde one of the most excellent restaurants of the Costa de la Luz - only a 10 minutes walk from the villa.
- Roche is a short drive from Conil, a delightful whitewashed Andalucian seaside town, complete with a selection of superb restaurants, with a variety of sandy, Atlantic beaches, from small unspoilt coves to a sweeping bay.
- Roche is less than a 30 minute drive from the historic towns of Cadiz and Jerez, the latter famous for its eponymous sherry bodegas, and an hour from Europe’s windsurfing paradise, Tarifa and Sevilla, one of Spain's truly great cities.
- With over 3200 hour sunshine a year, good weather is almost guaranteed from early May to late October. In July and August it can get quite hot, but there is usually a sea breeze and low humidity, so the heat is quite bearable. The sea is warm from mid-June to October, and the intense blue skies and bright, white sands can be dazzling, especially in winter with the low sun. In the winter months the days are usually sunny and mild, while the nights are crisp and sometimes quite cold.

Review Kay & Julian H. in July and August 2018: “We stayed in Casa Feli for a month in the summer of 2018 - adults, teenage children and teenage friends. We had visited Roche the previous summer and liked the relaxed atmosphere, as well as the great food in the surrounding Cadiz area. The house is in a great location; very quiet and backing onto pine woods - amazing for an early or late run. There are lots of different places to sit so everyone could carve out a comfortable space to relax, as well as come together to eat. The house itself is very clean, spacious and well equipped. The kitchen has everything needed for even quite elaborate meals. The owners were very helpful and responsive before, during and after our stay (kindly sending the inevitable forgotten item and helping us with bicycle rental). The all important WiFi was adequate even for streaming most of the time. We had to be vigilant about the inevitable ants which seem to be part of Roche, but it did drive tidy teens at mealtimes! We had such a great time we have booked again.”

Review Dermott L. in June 2016: Just a few lines to thank you for the truly superb stay at „Casa Feli“. A wonderful house, set in a lovely garden. It was so very peaceful, the forest offered the perfect backdrop, some oft he trees being festooned with the bluest Morning Glory. The heated pool was an absolute delight, we enjoyed it so much we didn´t bother to swim in the sea. Every evening we took our little dog for a cliff top walk toward the lighthouse. From there we could see glorious sunsets. We had a perfect week, we both wished we could have stayed longer.
