Welcome to this charming traditional building dating from 1817 renovated with a lot of character, ideal for 4 adults and 2 children located in Les Haudères! It is located approx. 700m from the village center of Les Haudères and shops and in immediate proximity to the cross-country ski trail. Enjoy a comfortable stay in this 90m² chalet with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.



The interior is cozy and warm, with a pellet stove and electric radiators to keep you warm. The kitchen is well-equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, grain grinder coffee machine, oven and dishwasher, fondue maker and raclette appliance. You can also enjoy wifi and an iron.



Outside, you will have a lovely garden with garden furniture as well as a terrace to enjoy the mountain panorama. You will also have access to a private parking for 1 car.



Pets are welcome, limited to one animal. However, events and youth groups are not allowed.



Come whether you are here to ski, hike, or simply recharge, this chalet will seduce you with its ideal location in the heart of the mountain. Come discover this haven of peace!

Description: ground floor: Direct entry into the large equipped kitchen, large separate living room with dining area, living room corner and an office, pellet stove.

Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a large double bed (180/200), 1 second bedroom with large double bed (2 mattresses 90/200) and 1 small bedroom with 2 bunk beds (2x90/200). A spacious bathroom with bathtub and toilet, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet.

Equipment and miscellaneous: washing machine. Dishwasher. No TV.

Pets allowed. Non-smoking accommodation.



Bedding: 3 pillows 60/60, 3 bolsters 50/70, 1 duvet 240/240, 4 duvets 160/210.

Geräumige Wohnung, gut ausgestattet. Küche war nicht sauber, viele Lampen defekt und Pelletheizung nicht unkompliziert zum Benutzen. Dank Elektro-Öfen wird es aber trotzdem angenehm warm.
