This beautiful one-story vacation home is located in Veliki Brdo, near the town of Makarska, and is perfect for 2 people. This vacation home offers you everything you need: swimming pool, TV / satellite, Wi-Fi Internet access, air conditioning, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen. There is one bedroom with a double bed and one bathroom with a shower and toilet. The air-conditioned living room consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen and a dining table. There is a direct exit to the outside area with a terrace, barbecue, seating area, swimming pool with sunbeds and a beautiful view of the sea. Parking is also available. This house is located about 3.5 km from the city center, the nearest restaurant is only 500 meters away, and the next supermarket only 600 meters away. Beautiful pebble beaches in Makarska are 2.5 km away. Picturesque panorama of the city of Makarska, the Adriatic Sea and islands in the south and the Biokovo mountain in the north.
Pets are allowed in the villa, the surcharge is EUR 10 per pet/per night. Deposit is required in cash (200,00 EUR) upon arrival. You will get this amount back upon departure, provided everything was in order (no damage).
