Great stay

Perfect location with a swimmable beach plus the marina within walking distance. The staff are amazing but most especially Karina who will take care everything. The resort is top notch with an excellent restaurant onsite plus plenty of swimming pools with fantastic service. Highly recommend!

Overall great stay. We've stayed at this Property several times, but this was the first time staying in this unit. The living room furniture has changed, so the picture is not accurate to what is actually in the unit. I prefer to use the concierge service for groceries and airport transport directly from Hacienda Beach Club. The concierge service provided from this unit, Cabo Allow, didn't 100% get the groceries correct and the transport on our final day from the hotel to the airport was cancelled so we had to make alternate arrangements on the spot. The email communication leading up to our travel was a little spotty, which left me with doubts that things were confirmed. Also, I was notified the day of arrival that a masseuse would be in the unit waiting for us. That was unnecessary and unexpected. We were traveling with small children and we needed time to get situated in our room and unpack and take the kids swimming. It would have been better if they asked when having an in house massage would have been more convenient. I know that sounds crazy to critique, but if you've ever traveled with small children you can relate.

Amazing Hacienda Residence

Everything was amazing! House had all the amenities and little things for the kitchen and beach! Location can’t be beat. Walk to clubs, marina and local supermarket. Staff extremely courteous and helpful. A must stay!

Always a great property in an ideal location with proximity to everything. The setup of the suite is excellent with great amenities. Building 1 is furthest away from the pool / lobby - would have been nice to know that in advance is all.

Best place to stay in Cabo

This was our 3rd time to stay at the Hacienda Beach Club. This was a great place for us to stay with the 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. Lots of room to spread out and great views of the ocean and arch. Loved being able to hear the music from the beach bars. Did not keep us up at night either. Thanks for everything.

The best location and an amazing facility!!

The unit was spotless and beautiful just as described. We usually have our own chef come cook for us and they had everything they needed to prepare and serve wonderful meals. The noise from the clubs down the beach is loud and non stop from about 10 AM til about 9 PM but nothing the owner can do about that. They provided foam ear plugs and those help alot. The property is absolutely fantastic. We will be back many times again!!

Great location and amenities - Ladies Getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay at this Hacienda Beach Club residence. There were 6 of us girls in our early 40's. checkin was easy and we were greeted in our Villa by Chef Jorge who had prepared a beautiful appetizer spread a long with Margaritas. He was so nice and it was a great beginning to our vacay. The location of the Villa is perfect. Close to everything in Medano, but also private enough to feel away from all the noise. We loved the view from our Villa and enjoyed our time relaxing by the pool. Had some yummy drinks everyday and the pool menu was delicious. The only couple downsides to our stay were: - One of the rooms does not have a dresser, closet or bathroom. - The Wifi at the Villa did not work at all for our entire stay. They had a technician come out after our arrival and he could not get it to work. Some of the ladies could not message their kids or connect to important emails and even facetime or some phone calls. Had to go to gym to use wifi. - There are no full length mirrors in the Villa. - The AC in the Master suite blasts right in your face when laying in bed. None of which ruined our vacation, but hopefully the wifi gets fixed. Otherwise Super clean and nice Villa with a resort/home feel all together in one!

Hi Suzie, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review! We very much appreciate your feedback. Unfortunately the entire resort was experiencing Wifi problems over the dates of your visit. Hacienda Medano has a new owner who is making upgrades to the home. The internet service for this unit is scheduled for upgrade to be completed by the end of April 2023. They will also be purchasing a dresser for the 4th bedroom. Hacienda Medano is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom unit. The 4th bedroom does not have an en-suite. We do hope you return, we'd love to host you again!

Hacienda Beach Club - Spring Break 2023

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family visited Cabo's Hacienda Beach Club for Spring Break this year. Hacienda BC is a great property in a spectacular location if you are looking to be in the action. Unfortunately this was Spring Break, and to no fault of the property or staff, Spring Break activities were everywhere and to all hours. How some of the beach properties are able to blast music till well past 2am we have no clue but it was overwhelming at times. The staff at Hacienda is top notch and we would put them up against many of the world's best resorts. Friendly, attentive, aimed at knowing your name and family's likes and desires in no time.......best in class. Our only critique associated with our rental is that it didn't include daily or regular housekeeping. I guess it stated that somewhere in the rental agreement but seems a bit strange given a nearly week rental. We would definitely visit Hacienda BC again, just not spring break.Oh, and Karina and the Concierge team was amazing. They set us up so well with resevations and accommodations and checked in several times during our trip to remind us of details and insure each stop was great.

Perfect family vacation

Huge family area, kitchen with everything we needed, large rooms with great bathrooms. OutsIde balcony with a perfect view. The condo was a short walk to the property’s spa, workout room and coffee bar that we visited everyday. The pools were beautiful, each having several hot tubs. Pool service was excellent. I had a broken ankle but with the help of the staff I was shuttled around the property. Victor the concierge was wonderful. He and the shuttle guys were so helpful, made our stay so easy and fun. Hacienda Beach Club is the nicest place we’ve stayed.

The condo at the Hacienda beach club is lovely. The negative is that it is right next to 2 bars, one called The Office and the music kept us up til very late every night. This is NOT a quiet spot. One bedroom had no bathroom. Staff are really wonderful and the pool, spa,gym and beach are great.

Luxury Villa with close proximity to everything

Spent five night at Hacienda Medano. The staff was great and the villa was incredible. The view from the balcony was awesome and the large family room was great for watching the Super Bowl. We thought our pricing included one room cleaning but maid service never showed. Other than that, our stay was the best. The restaurant at the resort wasn't the greatest but many spectacular eating establishments around the marina and/or a short walk outside the gates.

May 2018 Stay

What a wonderful experience! Before we landed, Elite Destination Homes was very easy to work with and did an outstanding job at communicating the details of the stay. Once we arrived, the home was in immaculate condition. The patio was much bigger than we realized and each room was very well appointed. The pictures really don’t do this place justice. The staff was more than accommodating for any and all requests. We would definitely stay again.

Exclusive and Luxurious w/ Swimmable Beach

Third visit to Cabo and first time staying at Hacienda! I doubt we will stay anywhere else ever again. This is the place for us! We were traveling with a multi generational group (ages 7-70) and stayed in a 3 bedroom bedroom villa. The staff were sensational and provided excellent service! Thank you Manny, Jose, Adriana, Jose, Juan and Salvador! Here are just a few of the things we loved about our stay here: ❤️ Transportation service to/from the airport, juice greeting on arrival, the pool, beach, beach toys, views from everywhere on the property, the lanai, sunrises, churro's by the pool, kayaks, dinner at the property, dinner out at Edith's (a block away) , also dinner at the Office, and the golf cart rides from the always smiling staff for Grandma and our daughter to and from the lobby! Beautiful villa and resort!

Beautiful villa

Spacious and well cared for rooms. Beautiful views. Great location. Nice restaurant and great service from concierge and pool staff. No need for a car. Convenient location for water sports and access to marina. We were there on New Year's Eve, and the partying on the beach carried on till 7am. Also had some trouble with TVs, which were never fixed despite a phone call and personal request. Otherwise, the service was fabulous. Would definitely recommend this property.

Incredible.

Can't safe enough about this place. Just had the best time! Great unit and view. Loved the staff and entire crew. This is THE Place to stay in Cabo no doubt. Only comment of note is the mattresses are a little soft for me. Would or could use some firmer ones. We will be back for sure.!!

Easy Elegance and Incredible Location

With this being my first time to Cabo, I was not sure what to expect....this Casa exceeded my expectations. The finishes were first class - all commented on the comfy beds and sheets/linens. The community pool was relaxing and the staff was superb! I look forward to booking another trip and staying in this particular condo at Hacienda. It is very close to the Marina and fun restaurants and shopping. I also liked that this community is right on the beach - very different than the big resorts on the cliffs. A fellow traveler had a massage at the spa and said is was out of this world. All good things!

Wonderful

The room was huge & beautiful with an ocean view, large deck, comfortable beds. The resort was beautiful. Their food drinks pools were perfect The staff was friendly and attentive The resort is right next to popular restaurants and bars No need for a car We left happy and relaxed
