Most beautiful!!

We have traveled to this beautiful spot 5-6 times for family reunions. The home, the pool, hot tub, nearby beaches, the ocean, the whales, the staff, the views, the tranquility! We love it here.

Beautiful Home and Incredible Views

We had an amazing time at Casa Cortez. From nearly every spot in the home you have a direct view of the famous Cabo Arch. The house sits right on the water so you also have an unobstructed view to the ocean. We saw whales numerous times per day. The pool was a huge hit with the kids. Perfect large home for our large family gathering!

Coming back for my next vacation in Cobo

The property was amazing. The management team was super easy to work with and helped plan all of the extra details. This made this trip fantastic. We had six couples staying in this house and had tons of room maybe the best pool I’ve ever been in and just an awesome experience highly recommend.

Cabo Week !

Overall it was a great experience . House was clean the pool and all of the amenities worked well. Having separate bathrooms with each bedroom was awesome. The only thing we had to buy was a pizza cutter! We would stay there again!

Amazing house with amazing views and support staff

This house is as good as advertised. Amazing views overlooking to Cabo arch and whales. 5 full size bedrooms each came with a great view and plenty of room. And the support staff took great care of the house everyday and were easy to work with. The chef was also a great add and highly recommended. This is a truly special place.

20th Anniversary Celebration

Three adult couples, an Aunt and 3 teenage girls. Loved dinner service provided on Day 1 and the delicious leftovers. Hanging in the pool watching the day go by was amazing. We had pool time every day. Also, enjoyed a night out at nearby The Cape hotel, walking distance. Enjoyed by all! Muchas gracias!

Great Beauty!

This was our third stay and as ever the view, location, space - all gorgeous. Whale watching from the porch with binoculars. A beautiful infinity pool and hot tub. Walking distance to 2 beaches. Rejuvenating.

Great vacation home!

We just got back from a great vacation at Casa Cortez in Cabo San Lucas. There were 5 couples in our group and a wonderful time was had by all. Each of our rooms were spacious, the house had almost everything we could ask for and the view was just amazing. Chuck was great to correspond with us and answer any questions before our arrival and Antonio and Ruth were both great to work with during our stay. Would love to return and hope to again soon.

The perfect spot!

We all had a wonderful vacation at Casa Cortez. The house and views are unbelievable and breathtaking. The house staff we're kind, prompt, and accommodating. It was so easy to have the house prestocked and arrangements made for massages at the house. We did not utilize the chef service but I can only imagine it would be fantastic as well. We will definitely be back!

50th Birthday Celebration

This villa is in a lovely location, close enough to walk to The Cape Hotel and other dining options. The whale watching was none stop in this area of Cabo - sun up to sun down!! Owner had plenty of binoculars for our guests as well. Beds were super comfy as well...we will for sure be back!! Additionally, we had a chef who had a great team - Lupita, thank you!! Ask the owner for the referral...

We stay at many places in Cabo, many Villas. This one is a Gem

I don't want to share too much information because I want to be able to keep this place my little secret. This is one of the best rentals in all of Cabo. Close to downtown, next to the Mona Lisa Restaurant (One of Cabo's best) and right on the ocean. The sound of ocean waves from every room makes every night sleep the best one. Antonio, the property manager, is easy to deal with and the owner Charles is also a great resource. Overall one of the best villas in Cabo hands down.

You Won't Want to Leave

All the previous reviews say it all - Casa Cortez is a gorgeous, relaxing, spacious home that is well-managed, conveniently located, safe, fun, private and it's easy to plan a vacation here. 8 women celebrated our 50th birthday year over a 4-night stay and it was flawless. From the first email with Charles to working with Antonio and getting to know Ruth and her magnificent care of the villa, everything was exceptional. We took advantage of Antonio's offer to arrange transportation, catered meals and spa services. All arrangements exceeded our expectations. We expected the catering to be more of a dropped off buffet and were pleasantly surprised to receive full sit down service each time they came. The guys making dinner went overboard and served us cocktails by the pool, picked up makings for margaritas and really were over the top, in a good way. They knew all of our names in the first five minutes and we felt very pampered. We wished Ruth could come home with us and missed her the second we said goodbye. Her sweet disposition and beautiful smile while cleaning the villa from head to toe every day will blow your mind. We are all missing the views and the vibe of Casa Cortez. Prepare to walk around in a fog for a few days after you leave just yearning to be back there relaxing on one of the many verandas, getting lost in views. The crashing surf, the sweet iguanas sunning themselves on the rocks below, the beautiful palapa style overhangs, the amount of space and privacy available are all so impressive. We even enjoyed the TV room and being able to watch "our" Warriors climb their way to a championship! The only problem with Casa Cortez is that eventually you have to leave.

Absolutely Amazing. Literally, the vacation you could only dream about.

Where to start.... From the first minute, driving up the the home and hearing the waves crashing, then walking through the entry-way, with the waterfall in the foreground and the invisible pool separating the view from the ocean behind it. It was perfect. The description listed here is very accurate and wholly believable. It was everything described and more. Much more. The house itself was perfectly equipped. All the amenities you could hope for - even down to the binoculars to assist in the ongoing non-stop whale sightings. Crib and water toys, flippers and snorkel, beach towels. Table games, fast wi-fi, and rows and rows of books/novels. It is hard to imagine what could be added. 1 mile from Costco. 1/2 mile from Home Depot. <1/2 mile from Oxxo(Mexican 7-11). 2+ miles from San Lucas (although about a mile run along the beach), 20 miles from San Jose. We rented two cars, for 8 people. It worked out great. (The rip off is in the required insurance on car rentals). Two car garage on site. Garage equipped with coolers and towels and beach paraphernalia. The grounds were immaculate and cleaned daily by Ruth and Santiago. Two wonderful people. Ruth's salsa was amazing. Rock waterfront below the home with starfish and snorkeling. Walk along the path through the adjacent condos to the white sand beach - about 1/4 mile. We woke to the gorgeous sunrises out the east window and watched the whales out the south window, then the sunset over the Arch at San Lucas through the west window. Hot tub in the room opening from the room and the veranda at the same time. The highlight of the trip was running along the beach early in the morning and nearly tripping over the newly hatched baby sea-turtles making their way to the water. Mesmerizing. Was it that, or watching the sea rays jumping 6-10 feet from the water and slapping down - in groups of 15-20 for hours at a time. Or the time to sit with family and talk and enjoy the uninterrupted solace.

Perfect Location- a short taxi ride to everything

We loved this house, the pool, the hot tub, the views, all the whales and boat action. We loved walking to The Cape hotel for dinner and it was easy to get a taxi into downtown. We would 100% stay here again, a wonderful house and a great time with friends!

Fortunately we are a self sufficient group. Not once during our stay did we hear from or see the house manager. At other rentals we had frequent visits and checks to see if we needed anything, here no contact.

Great house, spectacular view

Our family had a lovely time at Casa Cortez! Everything was as described online-clean, lovely home with comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, and wonderful outdoor area. One thing I think could be clarified-one of the bedrooms is next to the house, not accessible from inside. It was no problem, but a consideration if your group includes small children. We felt very well cared for, and I hope we can return one day!

Wonderful Home in Excellent Location

My family of 12 total people stayed in this lovely home for 1 week. My wife and myself; 2 adult married children with spouse; 2 grandchildren (aged 1 and 3); and 4 other college-aged kids. The house easily housed us all comfortably. We loved the pool, the areas to lounge and the views were stunning. We have been to Cabo a couple dozen times. We've stayed at every nice resort and we've rented homes from Pedregal to Palmilla. But this is our favorite house for many reasons. To start with...the views!! From many areas in the house and outside we had great views of the ocean and the arch. It's only a few minutes to downtown Cabo for when we wanted to go eat or play there. The housekeeper was great and so was Antonio. We will DEFINITELY be coming back to this house!!

Perfect 50th Birthday

We had 12 of us stay a week for my 50th birthday and had an amazing time. The pictures are extremely accurate... just a lot better in person. The communication with the owner, property mgr, cleaning service, food services, fishing trips, drivers, and ALL staff was excellent.
