Beach house

Eco-friendly house located 200 meters from the beach in a peaceful hamlet in Brittany. This is my main house that I rent during the school holidays.
Architect's house, built in wooden frame, spacious and very pleasant to live in. The garden of more than 1500 m² is also a place to rest.
The house is entirely self-built. The first floor is not finished, it is not accessible. The fact that the work is still in progress does not detract from the charm of the place.

The living room is the largest room. As I like to cook and entertain people, the kitchen has a central place. It is a 5 meter long worktop that faces the rest of the room.
In the living room there is the open kitchen, the dining table and a living room. Three bay windows overlook the garden. In the summer, everything can remain open. Two large terraces enlarge the living space. One of the terraces is covered.

There are two bedrooms and a bedroom/games room that all overlook the garden (two are available for sleeping). They are very bright.
