The condo was very clean and updated with beautiful views of the bay from your balcony. You walked across the street from the condo for beach access which was very convenient because we didn't have to search for parking. Alex our host was great and responded quickly with questions. We enjoyed our week stay on Manasota Key at this condo. We loved the balcony view each morning of the bay and private access to the Gulf beach just across the street. It was nice to have access to use of their beach chairs and umbrella to chill on the beach and also have access to a heated pool if we wanted to. The condo was clean and quiet. The location of the condo made it easy on and off access to the mainland and enjoyed the "lower key vibe" of Manasota. Although some parts of Manasota Key are still recovering from hurricanes last year, this complex was in very good condition. Alex was very responsive to our questions and provided good check in and check out procedure information.

Cute, clean unit very close to the beach snd several fun restaurants and bars. Great fun watching the boat traffic on the bay from the balcony, not to mention the dolphins that came by often. Would rent again.

Property is in a great location on Manasota Key. Beautiful view of Lemon Bay and just across the street from a private beach. Also within walking distance to local restaurants and Stump Pass State Park. Owner was very easy to work with and very responsive to our needs. Great stay.

The condo is as advertised, tidy and neat, has everything you need for a beach getaway. The lanai is the best part - sitting with a cold beer watching the boats go by with that gorgeous bayview is stunning.

Fabulous View

The location is amazing and a great place for a vacationing couple to stay. The view is fabulous and we enjoyed seeing the dolphins and boats go by. The beach and multiple restaurants are within walking distance, and the host was friendly and available to answer any questions. The place is clean and had everything we needed. Outstanding Bay view

This was our first time to stay on the bay side in Manasota Key. I was amazed at the beautiful view. The condo was updated and comfortable for two people. We will definitely stay again. Alex responded promptly, the couple of times we needed to contact him. Highly recommend his condo.

Love this area
