This 95m2 apartment is designed to offer you unquestionable comfort: two en suite bedrooms, spacious and overequipped, a living room bathed in light opening directly onto a terrace facing the Mediterranean, all about the famous and mythical Croisette... everything is there! The room extends directly on a shooting terrace of about 40 square meters, facing the bay of Estérel, offering you, each evening, by its west-facing exposure, the opportunity to enjoy the most beautiful sunsets of the coast of Azure... The master suite, cossue room and just as bright as the living room, will offer you quality king size bedding, smart TV, electrified curtains, a large dressing room and a shower room with double sink and toilet. The junior suite, more modest but equally neat, is equipped with the same facilities: smart TV, king size bed, closet / closet and shower room with toilet.
