This charming apartment is located in a classic early 20th-century building, right behind the exclusive boutiques along the famous Boulevard de la Croisette.

After being fully refurbished in 2014, this exclusive apartment is waiting for your stay, right in the heart of the Film Festival City. It can accommodate up to four people for a few fun days in Cannes. The apartment offers a roomy bedroom with a large double bed and plenty of closet space, as well as a French bed (140x200 cm).

Numerous restaurants as well as the many boutiques along the well-known Rue d'Antibes are just a few steps away.

Perfect stay

Ive been in Cannes 14 times and this is so far the best apt I've stayed in. The location is a bit noisy in the evening, this i knew having been in Cannes so many times, but it wasn't as bad as i had actually anticipated. :) Im back in Cannes in april again and i hope this apt will be available again. Also, the man who assisted with the checkin/out was punctual and very friendly and helpful.

We liked the place. It was very clean and had a cute balcony . We could walk all over. But there was a big problem. The front door to the building is the only exit and if you lose electricity like the entire Cannes did you are locked in the building . It’s a fire hazard and very scary . We had to check out early after someone got the door open . We were so freaked out and we had to go to the JW Marriott which was way more a night , more than our entire stay . Also the only way we got out was bc another person broke out the door with a knife and saved all of us.

The owner and agent were courteous and responsive. The age of the building would suggest the apartment has been renovated recently and was modern and well cared for. The location was great and would book again!!

Great stay for a couple - if you'er okay with some noise

My wife and I stayed at the flat for the last leg of our French Riviera trip in August. Everything with the flat is as it looks in the pictures and the proximity to the beach and center of town is amazing. It's large, clean, nice bathroom, and check-in process was smooth. Only caveat with this property is that it is located in a pretty active night life area, so you will hear the sounds from below all the way until 4AM. The noise was distant and didn't bother me, but my wife said she had trouble sleeping due to the noise. So consider that when booking. Also, just to note, the property is located on a third floor walk-up that does not have a lift. This is very similar to many European properties and not a negative in my opinion, but I just wanted to point it out so you're prepared to carry your suit case up the stairs. The price for quality and proximity to the beach here was excellent and if you can deal with some noise, I would totally recommend the stay. - Charles

Nice apartment but a little loud!

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment just a block off the Croisette. It was very nice but very loud at night as it is over one loud bar and across the street from another. The rolling shutters helped!

Beautiful apartment, wonderful location, very clean and in order!

I had a great time! The location is what sold me on the apartment. I was in town for a festival and it was in walking distance to everything!! It was perfect. The apartment was nice and clean, I really appreciated that! The black out curtains were a special touch! Eventhough we were were above a bar and there was noise, the black out curtains made it easy to fall asleep!

Beautiful Apartment in a great location

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The apartment is modern, clean, well equipped and in an excellent location to enjoy the local restaurants, beach, shopping and festivals. Andreas was excellent and fast on the communication and the check in and departure was very smooth. Noise can be a slight issue during festival season, but generally it was ok. If you have heavy luggage, the 3 story walk up is not great. But overall it's a beautiful apartment, with a great bathroom. I would highly recommend it and definitely stay here again.

Great Location - Nicely Furnished

The apartment was well furnished, clean, and well located. If you like a nice big shower head, this is the place. Only drawback was the lack of double pane windows to minimise the occasional street revellers - not really an issue for me but might be for the lighter sleeper. Overall, a great place and value!

TOP! 5 Sterne für Appartement und Lage

Wir haben eine tolle Zeit in diesem Appartement erlebt! Das Appartement lässt keine Wünsche offen - hell, sauber und top ausgestattet Geräumiges Schlafzimmer mit großem Schrank und Safe sowie einem netten Balkon mit Tisch und Stühlen Wohnbereich gemütlich ausgestattet mit Sofa und großem Fernseher sowie bodentiefen Fenstern und liebevoller Dekoration. Komplett ausgestattete Küche mit Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Herd, Waschmaschine, Geschirr, Gläser, Töpfe und Pfannen - auch Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher usw. sind vorhanden. Sehr schönes sauberes Badezimmer mit großer Dusche. Die Lage ist Top - alles lässt sich zu Fuß erreichen - 150 Meter entfernt befindet sich das Meer und die Strandpromenade (Boulevard de la Croisette) Es gibt viele kleine Restaurants und Bars in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Wer gerne shoppen geht ist hier auch richtig - viele Boutiquen auf der Rue d Antibes befinden sich ganz in der Nähe. Die Vermieter waren zuverlässig und sehr freundlich . Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen und kann das Appartement nur empfehlen!

Wie auch schon letztes Jahr TOP!

Auch dieses Jahr, war es mal wieder Klasse. Ein sehr sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Appartment. Wir hatten zwar nicht so sehr Glück mit dem Wetter aber Dank der EM 2016 war es eine sehr lustige Zeit in Cannes. Da das Appartment auch sehr zentral liegt, hat man sehr gute Möglichkeiten was zu unternehmen. Dieses Appartment würde ich jeder Zeit nochmal buchen.

Das zweite Mal, noch einmal Übertroffen!

Bei unserem zweiten Besuch in der wunderschönen und bestens eingerichteten Ferienwohnung haben wir uns wieder wunderbar erholen können. Dieses Mal haben wir uns auch auf die umliegenden Städte und Sehenswürdigkeiten konzentriert. Die Erkundung der Städte Antibes, Nizza und Monaco haben wieder einmal gezeigt, dass Cannes nicht nur ein Paradies für Badeurlauber ist, sondern auch für diejenigen ein Zentrum ist, die mehr über Land, Kultur und Leute erfahren möchten. Die Ferienwohnung hat uns bei unseren Ausflügen immer den perfekten Rückzugsort geboten um nach dem gemütlichen Schlendern über den nahegelegenen Markt auch mal in der Küche ein saftiges Abendessen zuzubereiten. Hierbei blieben wie gewohnt keine Wünsche im Punkt Kücheneinrichtung offen. Wir fühlten uns auch beim wiederholten Male auf das Wärmste Willkommen und würden jedem ein Besuch in dieser Ferienwohnung empfehlen. Es ist als würde man endlich wieder Zuhause angekommen sein. Am Ende bleibt die Vorfreude auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen!

Lovely Appartment, very friendly owner

Ein tolles Feriendomizil in Strandnähe. Alle Highlights die Cannes zu bieten hat in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir waren zwar nur kurz da, aber wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Auch ein Verdienst der überaus freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Liebe Grüsse

Wir haben gerade ein paar Tage in der Ferienwohnung verbracht und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist super, es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht und alles ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und perfekt sauber! Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und mit den Details der Wohnung vertraut gemacht. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten kann man zu Fuß sehr schnell erreichen. Der Strand ist direkt um die Ecke und traumhaft schön! Für uns war alles perfekt! Wir sagen DANKE für diesen unvergesslichen Urlaub. 10 von 5 möglichen Punkten! Fazit: Top Lage, super gepflegt, Top Service.

Einen wunderschönen Urlaub gehabt

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in Cannes verbracht, das Apartment war einfach nur Klasse! Die Kinder hatten es sich direkt vor dem Fernseher gemütlich gemacht, um sich von dem Weg zu erholen, die Wohnung ist groß genug für unsere vierköpfige Familie gewesen, die Sachen konnten wir in dem Schrank und den Schubladen gut verstauen, frische Wäsche, wie Handtücher waren vorhanden, die Küchenzeile , und das Bad sind im einem neuen, geschmackvollen Still eingerichtet, alles sauber und durchdacht, es fehlte uns wirklich an Nichts! Der kleine Balkon hat morgens zu einem romantischen Frühstück eingeladen, man hätte es aber auch bis zum Strand nicht weit gehabt;-) Der Ort hat uns verzaubert, wir werden ganz sicher wieder kommen , vielen Dank für den tollen Empfang !!!

Unvergesslich schön

Top-Lage im Herzen von Cannes. Sehr sauberes, stilvoll und modern ausgestattetes Appartement - ein Juwel mitten in Cannes. Das Appartement verfügt über eine Top-Ausstattung (Waschmaschine, Fernseher, Kaffeemaschine, Geschirr ..) - alles neu und modern. Supernette Vermieter. Alles perfekt! Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder und es war für uns einer der schönsten Urlaube. Wir kommen wieder! Liebe Grüße aus Bregenz!

Exquisites Appartement in Top-Lage

Unseren Aufenthalt in diesem traumhaften Urlaubsparadies haben wir sehr genossen. Dieses wunderschöne, angenehm temperierte, perfekt eingerichtete und hochwertige Appartement ist eine Oase der Erholung und Entspannung. Von der Wohnung aus fühlt man sich, aufgrund der direkten Nähe zu den zahlreichen Restaurants, den kleinen Boutiquen und dem feinen Sandstrand in Cannes in kürzester Zeit wie zuhause. Wir würden jedem dieses Appartement weiterempfehlen und freuen uns jetzt schon auf das nächste Wiedersehen.
