The apartment "Anja" is one of 5 apartments of different sizes on the Rosenhof. At 65 square meters, it offers 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and a single bed, one with 2 single beds, a bathroom and a large living / dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, TV and free WiFi.

There is a sofa bed in the living room, so max. 6 people stay in the apartment. However, it is optimal for up to 5 people.

The Rosenhof is in a very quiet location in the Obermaintal between the UNESCO World Heritage City of Bamberg and the city of Coburg, which is known for its Samba Festival, both cities have very worth seeing old towns and many other sights. You can take wonderful hikes and bike tours directly from the Rosenhof, the main hiking trail leads directly past the Rosenhof. The nearest train station is 6 km away in Ebensfeld, where the nearest motorway exit to the A73 is.

In the surrounding area there are many Franconian restaurants, breweries and beer cellars (= Franconian beer garden), which in addition to the tasty beer are also known for their delicious Franconian dishes. This should not be missed.

Dogs are allowed as pets after consultation: Fee: 10 € flat rate.
Breakfast is possible after registration for € 7.50 per person. There is a bread service for self-catering.

Swimming lakes (6 km), outdoor pools (10 km) and the Obermaintherme in Bad Staffelstein (8 km) are nearby.
The triumvirate on Obermain, the Staffelberg, Vierzehnheiligen and Kloster Banz are also just a stone's throw away.

Peace and quiet!

Located a convenient 25 minutes NE of Bamberg. Perfect location out in the countryside. Our granddaughter loved the dog and the chickens. Enjoyed walks on the small farm roads around the property. Laundry can be done on the upper floor for 3 euro per load. Soap provided. Ask for extra towels if needed. Parking around front in the gravel area. Beds were comfortable. Very nice house with several levels/apartments. Segregate your garage voluntarily from the start to avoid doing so later.Beautiful gardens and flowers around the property. Friendly owners.We enjoyed our daily trips to Bamberg to explore and this was a great place to come back to each day. Highly recommend.

Geräumige Ferienwohnung

Wir haben ein verlängertes Wochenende in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Alles Bestens ! Sauberkeit und alles was eine Fewo bieten sollte: vom Wasserkocher, Spülmaschine bis zur Lage der Fewo. Nichts zu beanstanden. Sehr freundlicher Empfang und sehr freundliches Ehepaar. Wenn wir wieder in die Region kommen, dann buchen wir auf jeden Fall wieder.

Die Ferienwohnung Anja ist gut ausgestattet, alles vorhanden was wir gebraucht haben. Der Brötchenservice und die frischen Eier waren top!DIe Lage war schön idyllisch und ruhig!Nur die Schlafzimmer liegen hintereinander, je nachdem mit wem man vereist vielleicht nicht so toll - für uns war es okay. Nette, geräumige Wohnung, gut ausgestattet. Perfekte Ausgangslage für div. Ausflüge in Städte, Dörfer, Natur und Therme. Auto ist Muss! Abendspaziergang nur über Felder und nur bei Tageslicht möglich wegen absoluter Landlage - dafür totale Ruhe. Vermieter sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, aber unaufdringlich. Alles perfekt! Aber: 2 Schlafräume liegen hintereinander. Für 2 Paare eher weniger geeignet.

Wunderbar zum Abschalten

Wer Erholung mitten in der Natur unter freundlichen Menschen sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Geweckt von leise gackernden Hühnern, fernab von Stress und Hektik haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Familie Weiß war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei kleinen Pannen. Ein Auto zu haben ist Bedingung, wenn man ein paar interessante Ziele ansteuern möchte, z.B. die Fränkische Schweiz oder die Badeseen bei Bad Staffelstein. Der Rosenhof ist sehr liebevoll gepflegt und eine Augenweide, trotz der vielen Arbeit in der Landwirtschaft. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig und top ausgestattet. Ein schöner Urlaub!

Super nette, hilfsbereite Gastgeber in herrlicher Umgebung. Top Ferienwohnung - wir waren in der Ferienwohnung Anja, die keine Wünsche offen lässt! Weit weg vom Stress der Stadt. Wir haben jeden Tag tolle Ausflüge gemacht und alles in kurzer Zeit erreichbar: Schloss Thurn, Badesee in Ebensfeld, Staffelberg, DER Ostsee, Waldklettergarten oberhalb des berühmten Kloster Banz, WildPark Schloss Tambach. Wir hatten sehr kurzfristig die Unterkunft gebucht und waren sehr froh über die schnelle Abwicklung. Aufgrund unserer dringlichen Situation war uns eigentlich egal wo wir hinkommen, hauptsache ein Bett und ein Dach über dem Kopf. Wir waren vor Ort dann sehr glücklich über die schöne und geräumige Ferienwohnung. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in der Wohnung. Sehr freundliches älteres Ehepaar. Sehr ruhige Lage in schöner Ländlicher Umgebung. Im Erdgeschoss zusätzlicher Aufenthaltsraum und Raum mit Tischtennisplatte. Terrasse mit Grill. Mit Auto 5min bis Badesee, Main und Autobahnanschluß. Große geräumige Wohnung. Alles vorhanden was man braucht.
