Cocoonr agency offers you, this charming 80 m² house in Saint-Malo, 200 m from the beach, with Wi-Fi, can accommodate up to 5 people. It has a lovely 35 m² living room, fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a 35 m² garden. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 35 m² living room with TV, sofa, study area, opening onto a pleasant terrace with garden furniture.
- An open-plan kitchen, equipped with induction hob, extractor fan, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, washing machine and dishwasher.
- shower room with shower and washbasin
- separate toilet
On the first floor :
- bedroom with double bed (140x190), dressing room and study area.
- bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200), wardrobe and TV.
- a shower room with shower, vanity unit and heated towel rail.
2nd floor:
- A children's bedroom in the attic with a single pull-out bed.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A beautiful 35 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in the Rochebonne district, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, restaurants, bars, bakery, pharmacy and the Paramé market every Wednesday and Saturday morning are close by.

- If you choose to come by car, you can park in the nearby private car park.
- Bus: Lines 3 and 9: "Chateaubriand" stop.
- Nearest train station: 2.5 km

- cot provided free of charge. On request when you make your booking, we can provide a cot for your baby. For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not provide a mattress other than the one already included with the cot. Feel free to bring your own if you wish.
