- Unit features 2 separate balconies, one by the master bedroom and one by the living room
- Private access to the Skydeck located on the 50th Floor with jacuzzi, sunbathing area, 180 degrees east-west views, lounge area (Access only for residents on 42nd floor and higher) - CURRENTLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION, NO ACCESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
- Oceania Bed Collection King Prestige Tranquility Mattress with king size pillows.
- Touch Control Bedside Lamps with USB port.
