Beautiful and renovated (Aug 2022) hotel studio in most popular area of Sunny Isles, right on the beach. Sleeps 4 with 2 comfortable queen size beds. It has: TV, free WIFI internet, safe box, microwave, large refrigerator, dinnerware, coffee maker, toaster, kittle - All you may need in your kitchen to process and serve your food, a bathroom with bath tub/shower, hair dryer, iron and board; balcony with 180 degrees view on pool, beach, inter-coastal and city. It has great amenities including quick beach access, very big renovated pool with tiki bar, a newly remodelled gym, sauna, steam rooms, ping-pong table. A 24-hour business center is on site and the concierge desk can arrange many activities. Available services: Laundry, restaurant, bar. Close to shops, restaurants and Aventura shopping mall.

Marc was great to work with, he was very quick to answer any questions we had. The place was awesome, great location, being right on the beach, most things all within walking distence. The employees were also great. Totally loved the area and would retutrn without a doubt.

I had a wonderful stay at the condo. The place is clean and very comforable. I enjoyed the view from the balcony. The Hotel is nice, also the pool and the beach. Good communication with Marc! (owner) - I am looking forward to stay there again!

Great vacation

This condo was the perfect place to enjoy our vacation. The balcony offered spectacular views of both the ocean and the city. The unit was clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The owner, Marc, was very easy to work with. I would definitely consider staying here in the future.

Positives:- Location, fantastic sea view, good pool, well-organized parking service.- Beautiful view from the terrace, sunrise experience.Negatives:- The apartment and the condominium are actually of lower quality than shown in the pictures and the advertisement.- Poor quality food at the poolside buffet.- Unfounded accusations (presumably also towards other guests) and, in connection with this, financial compensation claims from the host
I was stuck in the elevator for half an hour. Neither the elevator emergency call button worked, nor did anyone answer the phone at the central number.

A guest review from 01/2025 already indicated that the AC wasn't working properly. No repairs had been made for months. In addition, the host initiated the withholding of my deposit and reimbursement of the cost of repairing noisy (58-60dB) AC

Thanks a lot for your feedback. There are 5 elevators in the hotel. If one them is out of service for maintenance (as indicated in your picture), there are still 4 other elevators in service. The reported damaged ceiling was since repaired, after your stay. This happens only when the balcony door is kept open while the AC is still running (Not recommended in the instructions given to all guests), cause the high temperature and humidity in Miami cause some condensation and AC leaks. Previous Feedback (10/10) did not report of any problem and mentioned only positive aspects.

The hotel was fine. This is the first time I have stayed at a VRBO property that was very disappointing. No tissues, paper towels or trash bags. Lack of outlets for appliances and no lighting in one quarter of the studio. Sinks drained poorly, toaster was broken, A/C was old so did not function properly and had a odor to it. The sink was so and microwave were so small you could barely fit a dinner plate into either of them. Very overpriced for this unit with all the issues we had to deal with.

It is strange how people view things differently. All previous feedbacks were so opposite to yours. The feedback before yours was the following: "Location in the property we’re both very nice very clean very accommodating. The view of spectacular couldn’t have asked for anything better. The sunrise and all day on our balcony was perfect. We will definitely book that property again. Thanks so much. Have a wonderful year. 1/12/2025 at 5:13 PM". I still had the cleaning lady and the maintenance tech double-check all the issues you reported and they said that it was all OK. the toaster is working just fine. I even offered you to buy a new one and I will refund, and you changed your mind. Very strange, isn't it? You paid $160 per night. I am sure that even if you had paid $500 per night, you would still complain. All owners be aware!

Hidden Gem! I don’t want to share!

This is my first stay booked through a personal rental. Celebrating a new chapter in my life with my family. Marc was wonderful about staying connected with me throughout my stay. Making it perfect! The view is calming. The staff has been courteous and the hotel is very clean! The closeness of the ocean and pool access, you can’t ask for more. My daughter and 2 granddaughters stayed. 9&11. My granddaughters said, “It was the Best vacation I’ve ever had!” And mind i you, they are well versed in vacations, So big Kudos!! The only reason i gave 4 was i thought the beds were in a bedroom separate. Picture’s a bit off. Non-the-less. Bus system runs very cost-effective and nearby. Food at Tiki bar near pool is very good. You can walk for mile on the beautiful sand. Life guards on duty here too. Thank you Marc.

Beau séjour à Sunny Isles

Bel appartement lumineux, orienté sud / ouest! Belle vue sur l’océan et sur la baie. L’appartement était très fonctionnel et propre et Marc peut être rejoint facilement. Arrêt du bus en face de l’hôtel. Super séjour, Merci!
