Located in the heart of Montmartre, one of Paris’s most charming and artistic districts, the property offers guests the perfect balance between local authenticity and easy access to iconic landmarks. Just over a kilometre from the famous Sacré Cœur Basilica, the area invites you to explore cobbled streets, historic cafés, and cultural attractions like the Place du Tertre and the Moulin Rouge.

The neighbourhood is well-connected by public transportation. Jules Joffrin Metro Station is only a short walk away, and nearby bus lines make it easy to reach other parts of the city. Despite its central location, the area maintains a peaceful and residential atmosphere, with tree-lined streets and a strong sense of community.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might incur a 20€ surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum.

For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
