Discover this lovely 2-bedroom gem in Paris. This charming apartment features original features from 1890, such as marble fireplaces, original wooden floors and high ceilings. The apartment has 1 full bedroom with a TV and a second twin bedroom. There is a sitting room with sofa and additional chairs, a dining table and chairs and a TV. There is a separate fully equipped kitchen with fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, stove and oven, microwave and all the basic spices and oils you need. There is high speed wifi and every room has a window. The apartment is on the second floor with a lift from the first floor. It overlooks an inner courtyard which keeps it super quiet. The bathroom includes a shower, basin and toilet. There is the famous boulangerie just opposite and loads of vibrant restaurants and shops in this trendy Canal Saint Martin quarter of Paris.

Nice apartment with close proximity to a couple of metro stations, grocery stores, restaurants, and the Saint-Martin canal. Host was polite and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend, great stay.

Our stay here was excellent. The host was very helpful and considerate with great communication. The location is ideal - close to great food and transport but with windows opening onto a quiet interior courtyard. The flat kept cool very well and had great fans as well as all the amenities we could hope for - excellent washer for our laundry, all the kitchen essentials for an easy meal from the great local butcher, Boulangerie, and grocery store (including bottle openers, colanders, containers for the few leftovers we had, wine glasses, etc) and dishwasher so we didn’t have to spend our holiday doing dishes. An incredibly comfortable stay and we will look to book again if we return to Paris!

This flat was perfect for my husband, myself and our granddaughter. It was very well located, lots of shops and restaurants nearby and very comfortable. Edward was there when we arrived and showed us everything we needed to know. What a kind and hospitable man he is! Thank you for welcoming us into your home!

The location was fantastic with many cafes, boulangeriea and marketsbearby. Also very close to Metro stops and Le Marais area. It was pretty easy to find and would recommend again.

Really great location. Lots of restraunts within walking distance. Close to the metro.Shops nearby.Our host was extremely friendly and would respond quickly to any questions etc.The apartment has great supplies like iron, clothes drying rack, hair dryer etc. And enough fans to keep the apartment cool.Not much privacy when the window shutters are open.I would certainly stay at this accommodations again if ever back in Pari.

The apartment was very spacious. Love, the fact that it had a washing machine. They host me and explained how to keep the apartment cool during the extreme warm weather that Paris was experiencing! There were numerous places to eat and bakeries in the vicinity. I would highly recommend this apartment anyone that would be visiting Paris.

Really enjoyed our weeks stay at this apartment. Easy access to metro stations. There was a good selection of bars, restaurants and bakers in the local area. Really good communication from the owner, and he always responded quickly to any questions we had prior to our stay. Nice safe area to stay.

Perfect little apartment in the 10th district, walking distance to the canal and the metro. The Republic Metro is only 7 minutes by walking. Lots of small stores nearby. It was a extreme heat event during our visit, 35C and we did not have any A/C, but there were 3 good fans in the apartment and having a cold shower helped. We enjoyed the full pantry, a fridge and a freezer, which made it easy to have meals inside the home me, rather than relying on restaurants, as we found Paris being pretty expensive.

Benoit was very responsive. The apartment was just as described online and very clean. The location provided easy access to a grocery store, a fruit stand, a butcher and the best ice cream. We would highly recommend Benoit’s apartment.

Very accommodating host who made the process stress-free. Offering to leave the key given our weird schedules was something I really appreciated. Also a bit surprising as it shows a lot of faith and confidence in dealing with new folks staying at the place! Great apartment and hard to find set-up (at this price point): separate sleeping areas as well as a living area.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is lovely with many original features. It is light-filled, very quiet, with colourful rugs and framed prints.It is not huge, but suited our group of three adults perfectly. The kitchen is small but perfectly functional.The owner/host was able to be present when we arrived and explained everything. He lives elsewhere, but was instantly responsive to any queries we sent. The area is interesting - not at all touristy. There are a myriad of small shops, cafes and bars close by. Canal St Martin is a block or two away. The nearby Metro served us well for access to any destination we needed.There are stairs to the first flight where the lift begins.In summary, a delightful apartment with a genial host.

Diese sehr schöne Altbauwohnung liegt in einem typischen Pariser Szeneviertel. Wir haben 5 Tage dort verbracht und waren super zufrieden. Neben der wirklich guten Lage, bietet sie mit ihren historischen Baskülen-Fenstern und dem Eichenparkett echten Pariser Flair. Sie ist zum Hinterhof gelegen, wodurch es ruhig war und man keinen Straßenlärm mitbekommt. Das war für uns wichtig. Es gibt ein kleines, sauberes Bad und eine zwar schon ältere Küche, die aber voll ausgestattet ist. Wir haben 2x gekocht und fanden den Geschirrspüler praktisch sowie die vorhandenen Gewürze, Geschirrtuch &Co. Wir wären gern noch länger geblieben und kommen sicher wieder. Der Kontakt war auch freundlich, es hat alles toll geklappt. Aus unserer Sicht ist die Unterkunft sehr empfehlenswert.
