The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please throw out any accumulated trash in the underground containers in front of the villa (next to the parking spaces).
Turn all the A/Cs and lights off.
Leave the keys and beeper on the table and lock the door behind you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties or events are allowed on the property.
No unregistered guests are allowed.
Quiet time is from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Please keep noises to the minimum outside of the Villa after 9:00 PM.
