Ideally located in the heart of Mont-Dore, within easy reach of all amenities and just 50 meters from the thermal baths, this attractive one-bedroom apartment (T2) offers 35 sq m of living space on the 2nd floor with elevator access.

It comprises a small entrance hall with storage, a pleasant living room with a sofa bed (140x190 cm) combining a lounge area, an open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, oven, 3-burner ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, etc.), and a dining area, all facing east and offering a lovely open view.

The apartment also includes a small bedroom with a television and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. A washing machine and dryer are also provided. A private ski locker in the building's basement completes this attractive property.
