Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was very spacious which was great for two families to spread out. Unfortunately, the upper level bedroom was always extremely hot even with turning down the thermostats. The dishwasher wouldn’t start and required some troubleshooting, and carpet appeared stained or bleached in certain areas. The location was so convenient and the view of the gondola was fun for the kids to watch. Overall, we had a great trip!

Great family stay

The house was super clean, it was walkable to the gondola, the check-in process was easy and the property managers were very responsive. The next time we go to Breckenridge, we will specifically plan to stay here again!

An amazing weekend getaway in Breck!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Breckenridge home! The space was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable — everything felt well cared for and thoughtfully designed. It was also wonderfully quiet, making it the perfect place to unwind after busy days out and about. The location couldn’t have been better — just a short drive or walk to town, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. We truly appreciated how seamless and stress-free everything was from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend this VRBO to anyone visiting Breck — we’d absolutely stay again!

Great place to stay!! House was beautiful. The views were BEAUTIFUL! The kitchen was stocked with all the things you need to cook with. It was a short walk to the gondola, we use it to go up to ski and down to go to town! We will be back!

A great place for a ski getaway

The house was perfect for our family ski trip. It has plenty of room and all of the amenities we were looking for. The location was great because it was a quick walk to a gondola with no wait. It is also very close to the Nordic center which was great for the non-alpine members of the family.

Family vacation

The house was absolutely amazing. We truly enjoyed our visit. Everything about the house was exactly as advertised. We would love to be able to use this property again in the future. Its location and proximity to Pegate and downtown was ideal for us. The house was extremely clean, which is an important factor for me.

Overall, we had a nice stay. The location and ease to get to gondola up the mtn and down to Main St. was perfect. The home wasn't very clean, didn't feel super well-maintained and seemed a little tired, which was disappointing based on the premium pricing.

Spacious, Well located and Comfortable

The condo is located in an upscale neighborhood, situated between town and Base 7. We came during ski season, so access to the mid mountain gondola stop was very convenient. Overall, the condo is very well equipped, was comfortable and perfect for our family vacation. Management was easy to work with and I will book mark this property for future visits.
