Exceptional family home, perfectly located for luxurious mountain life. This truly is an amazing house located in the heart of the mountain in the Christie Heights neighbourhood off Ski Hill Road leading up to the base of Peak 8 and 7. Perfectly located to access the main ski area or walk into town. It is adjacent to the Nordic Centre, perfect for skiing, snow shoeing, Snow Cat tours as well as Apres Ski. Great views of the top of the ski runs and surrounding mountain range. Within walking distance is the Breckenridge Gondola Shock Hill access which takes you directly up to the base of Peak 7 & 8 or down town, avoiding long lines at peak times up u. Alternatively there is a free 3 minute bus route both up the mountain to the base of Peak 7 & 8 or directly into town. Luxury at its finest, massive grand room, games area with pool table, outdoor hot tub, indoor jacuzzi bath, open fire places, gourmet kitchen with professional appliance’s including dual Ninja air fryer and bar area. Four spacious bedrooms all with 50in plus smart TV’s. Whether you are coming for winter fun or summer activities this house offers one of the best homes in Breckenridge. We have an early checkin at 14:00 to accommodate your schedule.

The amenities are very nice. They do need to get more plates ( there is only a set of 8) the home sleeps more than that. The pots and pans need to be replaced they are older and the finish is coming off. Also, the cooking utensils need to replaced. We were surprised with having Viking appliances. It would be nice to have supply of cleaning products to keep the home clean. We were there over Thanksgiving so we did a lot of cooking.

This home was perfect for our 2 families with kids. It was roomy enough to seat everyone together at the dinner table - which is a plus, & the kitchen was awesome. It more than met our expectations.

Beautiful place in the mountains

Everything was great. Beautiful home with lots of great amenities including a big hot tub. We had a fabulous time and easily got to town via the shuttle 3 minutes away for our daily skiing. Thanks again!

Beautiful big ski lodge 5 min from the Breckenridge shuttle

6 of us stayed for a long weekend and were very comfortable. Great AV system upstairs with pool table and nice fireplace and hot tub for apres ski. Easy access to the slopes. Would stay again

Great location and beautiful home

House was gorgeous with a lot of room for a family of nine to spread out. Kitchen was wonderful! Appreciated the washer and dryer and kids had fun with upstairs pool table. Hot water went out at one point and host contact was very responsive. Recommend quick showers if a lot of people showering at once.

Beautiful Home in a Great Location

This was the perfect place for our family ski vacation. Located near the base of peak 8 with easy bus pick up close by made our ski trip more pleasant. The house is very comfortable and well stocked with all our needs. We parked 3 vehicles easily. Will definitely consider a return visit. Highly recommend.

Breckenridge vaca

To start, Mark and his wife are so kind and prompt with their communication. Every question I had, was answered within hours and with much care. The house is beautiful and everything you imagine when you want a luxury stay in the mountains. It was well equipped , so beautifully decorated and very convenient to downtown Breck. I can be pretty particular about where I stay and have pretty high expectations. So I am really pleased to say, this house met all of those! Thank you Mark and Emma for a wonderful experience !!

Great house for a family vacation

We stayed at the house during a summer family trip to Breckenridge. We had four adult children with us. This is a beautiful house with plenty of room and is very nicely furnished. It is close enough to town to walk but far enough away to feel quiet and peaceful. It is also close to a pretty nature trail. I would highly recommend it.

Great house, great location, great host response!

House and kitchen was well stocked and very clean, pictures are accurate, master area is awesome as well as upstairs loft with pool table and great for movie watching! Neighborhood is a great location a couple of minutes to town but not right in the middle of it so that was nice. Host was quick communication and accommodating!

Amazing well located home stocked with all you need

We have been coming to Breckenridge for over 8 years for family vacations. This home has to be one of the nicest homes we have stayed in. It is well stocked and has almost everything you need. There is plenty of room ti relax and sit so you don’t feel on top of each other. They have a hot tub and washer and dryer that are so amazingly helpful. The house is well maintained and in great condition. The owner of the home was so responsive and helpful. The neighborhood is quite and nice as well. Lastly the location is perfect. Easy drive to just about anything you need from Main Street to the grocery store to gas to all over the place. We will definitely be staying again. My family ranged in age from 16 to 76 and all loved it. Highly highly recommend.

Great House

This is the first year we have not utilized ski in/ski out but this house was worth it. Lots of room to spread out. There were a couple of issues.. The owners have more locked cabinets and drawers than I have seen in years. In fact, the downstairs bedroom has no closet or drawer space. There are 2 night stands that can be used as drawer space and a small closet to hang clothes in but not nearly enough space for a long stay. the other bedrooms have plenty of space in closets and drawer space. The kitchen is large and modern but the microwave doesnt work well in cooking bacon. One of the burners on the stove would not light. There are plenty of utensils, cups and cookware. The TV sound system is Bose and sounds great. Hot water is almost instantaneous and the master bathroom is huge. Overall would recommend.

2020 ski adventure

We had a great time. The house is centrally located, easily accessible to the lifts, ski rental place, the town and the bus stops. The house is well equipped, we did not have any issues while we were at the place. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and families.

We have been coming to Breckenridge for over 30 years and relocated to this house in 2008. To date it has never been rented, It is an exceptional property in a great location for both the mountain, skiing, walking, hiking but also walking distance or free bus service into town. We love Breckenridge but especially being at home in the house. It is a very social and family orientated space for all ages to enjoy, have fun but with is layout peace and relation at the same time.
