Holiday

Everything was perfect from the arrival to the departure. The house is very well situated. Just 1-2 km. from Pula and 4-5 km. from Fazana. There are plenty of nice beaches in 5-10 minutes by car. The house itself is very nice exactly as shown on the photos. Clean, well decorated and furnished. The hosts are very nice people ready to answer all your questions and help if needed. At the same time they are discret and « invisible ». The whole family enjoyed every moment there.

Pool war nicht beheizt obwohl das vereinbart wurde (Pool konnte daher nicht genutzt werden).Vermieter hat sich für Montagmorgen angekündigt und ist dann doch nicht erschienen (Wir haben mehrere Stunden gewartet).Wir hatten einen halben Tag kein Wasser wegen Bausrbeiten und das wurde uns auch nicht vorab kommuniziert.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Urlaubswoche in diesem schönen Haus. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt und noch mehr. Es ist sehr sauber und ordentlich und 2 Bäder zu haben ist ein Luxus. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und auch der Check out war unkompliziert. Den Pool hatten wir beheizt und die 125Euro dafür haben sich gelohnt. Das Haus ist von einer Mauer umgeben, die für Hunde eine Höhe haben, das sie nicht ausbrechen können. Unserer hat es dennoch 2mal geschafft drüber zu kommen und auszubüchsen. Laut Vermieter ist das noch nie vorgekommen (was ich auch glaube). Zu Hunden ist noch gut zu wissen, das die Vermieter auch selbst einen Rüden haben und in der Nähe sehr viele Hunde leben. Diese kommen auch ohne Leine spaziert, halten meist aber einen guten Abstand. Der Bäcker welcher in der Nähe war hat ein super Angebot und fantastische Pizza, Wraps und Baguettes die auch preislich nicht zu toppen sind. Aschied zu nehmen, vom Haus und vor allem vom Meer fiel schwer.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Konnten das Quartier vorzeitig beziehen. Wurden mit Schinken/Käseplatte und Wein Empfangen. Gute Ausstattung der Küche, Aufenthaltsraum und Schlafräume perfekt wie in der Beschreibung angegeben.

Die Beschreibung des Inserates hält was es verspricht. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Ein top ausgestattet Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht. Sehr, sehr sauber, die Vermieter sind vor Ort und super nett. Sprachbarrieren gab es nicht.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, auch wenn die Lage nicht so optimal ist (ohne Auto schwierig dort in die Stadt zu kommen) und Einflugschneise Flughafen. Die Flugzeuge sind schon sehr tief über das Haus geflogen, allerdings habe wir es nicht so sehr als störend empfunden das es vielleicht 5-6 am Tag waren. Saisonende !Alles in allem TOP!!! Wir kommen wider.

Es war unser erster Urlaub in Kroatien. Es war für uns sowohl in der Unterkunft als auch an dem Hundestrand incl. Wow beach Bar einfach ein unvergesslicher Urlaub . Die Unterkunft war eine Wucht incl. der tollen Outdoorküche. Die Vermieter waren sehr fürsorglich und hilfreich . Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt und wir freuen uns wenn wir das nächste Mal wieder dort unseren Urlaub verbringen können.

Es war von Anfang an perfekt. Wir wurden sehr nett von Samir empfangen. Im Haus erwartete uns zur Begrüßung ein leckerer Käse-Schinken Teller und frisches Brot. Das Haus und auch das Grundstück ist genauso, wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Alles sehr sauber, was man sehr selten findet. Die Lage ist auch super, nahe an Pula und dennoch hat man seine Ruhe. Das Meer kann man auch zu Fuß gut erreichen. Insgesamt waren es sehr schöne, erholsame 2 Wochen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Pfingsturlaub

Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich toll. Schön und modern eingerichtet, alles sauber, tolle Boxspringbetten, neue Badezimmer. Top. Beheizter Pool und ein schöner grüner Rasen sind toll. Sehr ruhige Lage, man kann auch schnell zum Strand laufen. Pula und Fazana sind schnell zu erreichen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Sehr schöne Urlaubslokation

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Haus mit eingezäuntem bzw.uneinsehbarem Grundstück (ideal für Hundebesitzer). Pool Mitte Mai durch Poolheizung schon sehr angenehm. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind stets erreichbar bei Fragen und Problemen und begrüßt wurden wir, wie bereits mehrfach geschrieben, mit einer reichlichen Käse- und Schinkenplatte und Brot. Wer gut zu Fuß ist, kann so einiges direkt vom Haus aus erkunden und auch das Meer bzw. den nächsten Campingplatz mit empfehlenswertem Restaurant erreichen. Allerdings ist dafür eine Wander-App hilfreich. Alles in allem eine schöne Urlaubslokation!

Wirklich zu Empfehlen

Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Villa. Die Lage ist perfekt – ruhig, aber dennoch nah an allem, was man braucht. Die Einrichtung ist stilvoll und sehr gepflegt, man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf Qualität gelegt wird. Der Pool und der Garten waren Highlights für uns – einfach perfekt zum Entspannen.Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, vom Check-in bis zur Abreise lief alles reibungslos. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch die gut ausgestattete Küche und die gemütlichen Schlafzimmer. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, immer schnell erreichbar. Das Haus mit Pool und Außenbereich/Küche ist echt (für uns) perfekt gewesen. Es ist in einem kleinen Vorort von Pula.

Wundervoller Sommerurlaub

Die Unterkunft befindet sich im Vorort Stinjan und ist ruhig gelegen. In wenigen Minuten ist man sowohl in ruhigen Badebuchten, an belebten Badestränden, Supermärkten als auch in der Stadt Pula selbst. Also ein idealer Hub für Aktivitäten jeglicher Art. Die Unterkunft selbst ist genau wie beschrieben, funktional und mit allen Notwendigkeiten ausgestattet. Der Pool und die Outdoor-Küche waren unsere persönlichen Highlights. Herausragend war die morgentliche Stimmung beim Sonnenaufgang und einer Tasse Kaffee. Unser Dank gilt der Familie Lazarevic für den wundervollen netten Empfang und ihre Gastfreundschaft.

Wir waren schon sehr oft in Istrien,hier muss ich sagen, das ich noch nie so nette Vermieter kennengelernt habe. Es war von Anfang bis zum Ende des Urlaubs alles perfekt. Traumhafter Herbsturlaub

Wir haben die Herbstferien bei milden 22 Grad genossen. Das Haus war toll, der Pool wurde ausgiebig genutzt und die Vermieter waren sehr nett. Es war sicher nicht unser letzter Urlaub in Istrien. Land und Leute haben uns sehr gefallen.

Perfektes Ziel super schönes Haus

Wir wurden super lieb empfangen mit einem leckerem Snack und konnten dann einfach nur genießen 🌞😎 tolles Haus, toller Pool. Man ist mit dem Auto schnell in Pula & auch schnell am Strand. Also für uns war alles perfekt und die Eigentümer ganz liebe Leute. Wir kommen gern wieder.
