This condo is the perfect location for its convenience and view of downtown and the stunning Boston Mountains. The Dickson Street area is full of fun and entertainment! It is also one block to the University of Arkansas campus, the Walton Arts Center, as well as a fabulous bike trail that can take you all the way to Bentonville. Regional areas to travel are unlimited including Eureka Springs, the Ozarks, Branson, Blanchard Springs, and many lakes and rivers. It is simply a fabulous area for a vacation or just enjoying life.
What makes this property unique
The biggest benefit is there is so much within walking distance! The Arkansas Campus and the Walton Arts Center are only a block away.
