Nous sommes toutefois surpris par votre commentaire concernant le canapé, d’autant plus qu’il s’agit de la première remarque négative à ce sujet, après de nombreux séjours sans retour similaire. Nous avons de plus fait le choix d’un canapé lit de marque pour assurer la qualité du couchage de nos vacanciers. Concernant la télévision, il est important de préciser que le logement est une location meublée entre particuliers et non un établissement hôtelier. Les équipements mis à disposition correspondent à ce cadre, tel qu’indiqué dans l’annonce. Nous regrettons que ces éléments aient pu affecter votre expérience, tout en restant attentifs aux retours constructifs de nos voyageurs afin d’améliorer continuellement le confort proposé.
