The very well-kept and modern villa with a large pool of approx. 60m² is only 900 m from the beach and offers a magnificent view of the open Mediterranean due to its dominant position.

With 150 m² of air-conditioned living space, the alarm-protected house on the ground floor has a spacious living and dining area with satellite TV and WiFi, as well as an open, very well-equipped kitchen (induction hob - oven - microwave - refrigerator - dishwasher - wine fridge) and direct access to a large, covered terrace.

On the ground floor there is also a guest toilet and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as an additional fridge / freezer.

Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms, each with 2 box spring beds 100x200cm and each with an attached bathroom with shower and toilet, connected by a mezzanine with a sofa bed 140cm wide.

In addition to a ground-level sun area and a well-tended garden, the outdoor area also offers a carport for up to two cars.

Es war alles stimmig und das Haus hat jede Erwartung übertroffen. Wir waren mit Hund vor Ort und es ist alles sehr unkompliziert. Schöner großer Pool - sehr funktional alles und dabei wirklich gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Eine sehr schön gelegene Villa mit Blick aufs Meer und großem Pool. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Villa und Grundstück bieten viel Platz für eine Familie. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einwandfrei und unkompliziert. Alles in allem war es ein super Aufenthalt.Wir können das Ferienhaus zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Fulfills each and every wish…

We have rented this house several times already and always enjoy its benefits all over again. The fantastic panoramic view over the entire hill down to the sea, the large pool and the «very intelligent house» make our vacation an unforgettable experience every time. We love the fact that the pool and the terrace are at the same level and that everything is perfectly maintained and very clean. The air conditioning throughout the entire house offers a much appreciated retreat to cool off during the daytime and ensures a good night’s sleep. We can only warmly recommend this place and already look forward to our next visit!

Wunderschöner Urlaub

La villa est superbe, très propre, le descriptif tout à fait exact, l'accueil impeccable. La terrasse et le jardin sont idéalements orientés pour trouver le soleil ou l'ombre, la vue sur la mer est magnifique, et la piscine immense. Et en plus le voisinage est très discret. Les commerces sont à 5 minutes en voiture. Une location parfaite pour des vacances réussies.

Wunderbar...

...war unser Aufenthalt in dieser schönen sehr gut eingerichteten Villa in Saint-Aygulf. Super Küche mit allem was man sich denken kann. Super Pool für die Kinder und auch die Erwachsenen. Ideal, dass der Wohnraum und der Pool auf einer Ebene sind, und wir die Kinder so immer im Blickfeld hatten. Klimaanlage, W-Lan. Gesamthaft sehr empfehlenswert!

Wonderful property for great holidays

We were staying for one week in december 2016 and had a great stay in this stunnish property. Superior interior of the whole villa, great view onto the mediterranean sea and the french way of living to enjoy the Provence and Conte d'Azur are just amazing.

Vacances fantastique

Unser einwöchiger Aufenthalt in Saint Aygulf war wunderbar und sehr erholsam. Alles war gut vorbereitet, die Räume und Einrichtungen bestens ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Küche hat hochwertige Gerätetechnik. Die Schlafzimmer sind geräumig, viel Schrank- und Stauraum und sehr gute Betten. Ein besonderer Vorteil sind die Bäder mit Dusche für jeden Schlafraum !!! Der Wohnraum ist groß und gut möbeliert, die Terasse ist gut beschattet. Die herrlich angelegte Gartenanlage mit dem Schwimmbad ist sehr gepflegt, ein Sonnenbad ist immer möglich. Die Lage ist wunderbar und ruhig, der Blick aufs Meer phantastisch ! Das Feriendomizil kann unbedingt weiterempfohlen werden, man kann ohne Sorgen einen herrlichen Urlaub verbringen und geniesen ! .

Wunderschönes Urlaubsdomizil

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Aufenhalt in der luxurieus ausgestatteten Villa verbracht. In 30 Minuten Entfernung haben wir auf 4 unterschiedlichen Golfplätzen gespielt und das abwechslungsreiche Hinterland erkundet. Monaco, Nizza, Cannes und St. Tropez haben wir in Tagesausflügen entdecken können, bevor wir uns am Abend im Poll und auf der großzügigen Terrasse mit atemberaubendem Meerblick erholen konnten. Sehr empfehlenswert, wir kommen wieder!

Wunderschöne großzügige Ferienvilla am Meer -

Die Angaben im Inserat entsprachen voll den Erwartungen. Die Ferienvilla befand sich in einem äußerst gepflegten, sauberen Zustand. Wir haben dort einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbrachen. Die Erwartungren wurden sogar noch übertroffen. In der geschmackvoll und gepflegten Villa ist sehr viel Platz, dazu lädt der große Pool zum Verweilen ein. Von der Terrasse hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Dieter

Wunderschön und Exclusiv

Die Villa mit Pool und wunderschönem Blick auf das Mittelmeer ist ein Traum. Geschmackvolle, exklusive Einrichtung, sehr gepflegt, einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Traumurlaub!

Kurz und bündig: Die perfekte Ferienunterkunft! Die super Lage mit Blick aufs Meer ist einmalig. In der ruhigen Siedlung und ohne Einblick aufs Grundstück durch Nachbarn oder von der Strasse, lässt sich prima abschalten. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sauber und aufgeräumt und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es darf also auch mal regnen, die Decke fällt einem dank diversen Sitzgelegenheiten und gutem TV-Empfang nicht auf den Kopf. Dank vollausgestatteter Waschküche kann auch mit wenig Gepäck angereist werden und die moderne Küche macht den Restaurantbesuch überflüssig (sofern entsprechendes Kochtalent vorhanden ist). Es war die perfekte Entspannungsoase und ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen! Alle Daumen hoch.

Ein Traum .....

Wir haben 2016 in diesem tollen Haus 2 Wochen Ferien der Superlative verbracht. Die Villa ist wunderschön - alles war perfekt und hat unsere Erwartungen sogar übertroffen. Das Haus ist mit all seinen Räumlichkeiten wunderschön, gepflegt und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der tolle, große Pool mit einem grandiosen Blick auf aufs Meer, liegt perfekt, da er nur 2 Treppenstufen von der Terrasse entfernt ist und sich somit alles auf einer Ebene befindet, was super bequem ist. Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche unerfüllt nicht zu vergessen der tolle Haushaltsraum .... dies war für uns perfekt und wir wissen jetzt schon wo wir unseren nächsten Urlaub verbringen ....
