The early 2017 renovated thatched house part on Bahnhofstrasse in Keitum offers on 4 levels with 160 square meters, sleeps up to 6 people - ideal for large families, for a vacation with grandparents or friends.
The southwest-facing sun terrace extends the spacious living room with dining area and open kitchen in the warmer seasons the sun places in 150 sqm large, enclosed and peaceful garden.
In the garden area there is a sauna, a separate Sonnenmulde and the sun terrace with beach chairs and garden furniture.

On the ground floor is a hallway and a guest toilet, open kitchen with oven and dishwasher, spacious living room with living and dining area and an antique fireplace.

Wonderful!

Geschmackvolle Einrichtung, wir fühlten uns sofort wie zuhause :) Keitum Zentrum fussläufig. Lage und Umgebung ein Stern Abzug (Bahnhofsnähe und Flugzeuge), was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Schöner lauschiger, gepflegter Garten.. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Gemütliches, geschmackvolles und stimmiges Ferienhaus

Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Einrichtung geschmackvoll und stimmig. Zimmeraufteilung sehr gut. Das von der Straße abgewandte Grundstück mit nicht einsehbarem Garten ist sehr schön und bietet Privatsphäre.

Ein ganz tolles Objekt!

Wir waren im Sommer für zwei Wochen in dem Objekt und haben es rundum genossen. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und verfügt über alles was man benötigt. Sehr geschmackvoll und gleichzeitig auch praktisch eingerichtet. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einwandfrei und wir können das Haus voll empfehlen.

Wunderschönes Haus

Das Ferienhaus Senhoog im wunderschönen Örtchen Keitum ist hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Durch die zwei voneinander getrennten Schlafetagen und die zwei Bäder ist das Haus für vier Personen wirklich großzügig. Die Sauna im Außenbereich ist sehr ansprechend und modern. Von der nahe gelegenen Bahnlinie haben wir kaum etwas mitbekommen, die Züge fahren hier sehr langsam und nachts ist es absolut ruhig. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und haben unsere Fragen im Vorfeld gerne beantwortet. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub!

Sehr stilvolles Haus

Ein sehr schönes Haus. Stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Prima Lage. Besonders war das Badezimmer mit toller Dusche. Auch der Garten und die Gartensauna haben zu einer Wohlfühlatmosphäre beigetragen.

Die Fotos sind untertrieben, das Haus, die Ausstattung und der Garten sind wirklich einmalig! Auch Top-Lage (Infrastruktur, Wanderungen zum Morsum-Kliff etc).

Das war leider enttaeuschend

Leider konnten wir uns in dem Objekt nicht wohlfuehlen. Das Haus hatte einen Wasserschaden wodurch aktuell das Untergeschoss einer Baustelle gleicht. Ab dem 3. Tag stieg ein ekliger Sil Geruch auf, der sich durch das gesamte Haus zog. Bedingt durch die Baustelle und wahrscheinlich auch aufgrund eines schlechten Reinigungsdienstleisters war das Objekt bei Ankunft sehr dreckig. Auf saemtlichen Boeden, auf dem Sofa, im Bad, selbst in den Schraenken konnte man Haare und Kruemel der Vormieter finden. Durch die Baustelle im Keller befand sich ausserdem sehr viel Feinstaub auf vielen Oberflaechen. Die Haustuer klemmt stark und laesst sich nur schwer oeffnen und schliessen. Diverse Lichter im Haus funktionieren nicht. Die Reinigungsfirma ist in den ersten 3 Tagen noch 2 mal zum Nachreinigen gekommen (sehr oberflaechlich). Wir haben dann zum Teil selbst geputzt. Aber leider laesst sich dadurch das unwohle Gefuehl nicht korrigieren. Das Haus benoetigt eine anstaendige Grundreinigung, einen Hausmeister und eine Fachfirma fuer das Kellergeschoss. Trotz aller Maengel mussten wir den vollen Preis (den wir vorab gezahlt haben) tragen. Somit ist fuer uns das Preis-Leistungs-Verhaeltnis absolut nicht stimmig. Das Haus selbst hat grundsaetzlich eine gute Lage und ist hochwertig ausgestattet, leider nur sehr ungepflegt. Die Naehe zur Bahnstrecke nimmt man fast gar nicht wahr. Der Garten ist wirklich suess.

Entspannte Herbstferien auf Sylt

Wir hatten wieder einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesen schönen Haus. Das war sicherlich nicht das letzte mal, dass wir dieses Haus gebucht haben.

Wunderschönes Haus in Keitum!

Das Haus ist extrem gepflegt, neu und sehr geschmackvoll renoviert. Es hat trotz gemütlicher Größe vier SZ, große Bäder und ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Es liegt mitten in Keitum und man kann in wenigen Schritten überall hinlaufen. Falls man mit dem Zug anreisen möchte, ist der Bahnhof echt nur um die Ecke. Auch für Autos gibt es genug eigene Parkplätze. Für unsere Herbstferienwoche war Senhoog das perfekte Zuhause auf Zeit. Wir haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder !

Ein sehr gut eingerichtetes, stilvolles Haus mit Charme und Gemütlichkeit.

Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt in unserem Feriendomizil. Wenn überhaupt Wünsche offen sein können, dann wäre es eine Microwelle und vielleicht ein paar Aufbewahrungs-Boxen für Aufschnitt etc.. Sonst war alles da und im guten Zustand. Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt ist die Bettwäsche. Die Kissen sollten ausgetauscht werden. Das haben wir aber erst beim Abziehen am Abreisetag gesehen.

tolles Haus, sehr gut ausgestattet, schöne Lage in Keitum

alles hat gestimmt, nur mit Handtüchern und der Mietwäsche dürfte man grosszügiger sein. Wer bringt schon Strandhandtücher mit nach Sylt? und ein Bademantel wäre toll gewesen, dann wäre der Aufenthalt zu jeder Wetterlage perfekt.... Sauna vorhanden, aber keine Saunatücher...
