Renovated apartment, rated 2 stars, is located on the 1st floor without elevator, in a secure residence.

Quiet while being close to all amenities, with a private parking reserved for the apartment in front of the residence, to park in complete serenity and a balcony with mountain view.
Rented out for the first year.

It consists of a living room with lounge area, facing south-west, and a fitted kitchen.
A closed bedroom with a 140 bed.
In the entrance, a bunk bed area in 90 with two curtains for more privacy.
The bathroom refurbished with shower and sink, towel radiator.
A separate toilet.
A laundry room with washing machine at your disposal.
Garden furniture.
Electric heating with fluid inertia.
Blackout and thermal curtains on each window in addition to the shutters.
Sky rack on the first floor.
Fan.

We leave at your disposal, board games, comics, raclette machine and tourist information, to help you make beautiful holiday memories.

Free shuttles are 50 metres from the residence, information at the tourist office for arrival times.
300 m from the town centre of Cauterets and shops, 500 m from the gondolas.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement d'Isabelle. Bien équipé et agréable, il est idéalement situé, nous avons pu quasiment tout faire à pied. Le petit balcon est un plus pour admirer la montagne et respirer l'air pur à toute heure.

Appartement calme et très lumineux, idéalement placé par rapport au centre de Cauterets. Nous y avons passé une belle semaine de juillet à deux.

Appartement très agréable. Ça fais plaisir de s'installer dans ce joli appartement rénové. Je dirais que le seul bémol est le manque de lumière d'appoint chaleureuse (a côté du canapé et du lit), pour pouvoir se poser et lire. Florian de la conciergerie était gentil.

Appartement très bien situé : tout se fait à pied, centre-ville et accès à la télécabine. Bien rénové et confortable, on s’y sent vraiment bien, avec tout le nécessaire pour le rangement. Douche au top, matelas très confortable et place de parking très pratique.
