The sitting area is equipped with a very comfortable sofa and a large television.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your meals: oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, hob, etc.

The bedroom has a double bed (140x200), carefully made with hotel-quality linen.
The second bedroom has a double sofa bed, also carefully made up with hotel-quality linen. There is plenty of storage space, so you can feel at home.

The bathroom is spacious. It has a large sink, a large mirror, a bathtub and a shower. The toilet is separate.

You will have access to Wi-Fi during your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

There is only a portable air conditioner, not central air conditioning.

The flat is professionally cleaned between stays.

Explore its peaceful little streets lined with Haussmann-style buildings and local shops. Enjoy parks and gardens such as Square Trousseau for a relaxing break, and explore the local markets to discover the authentic atmosphere of this Parisian neighbourhood. A stone's throw from the Gare de Lyon, it enjoys excellent accessibility: the Marais, a lively historic district renowned for its mansions, museums, trendy shops and vibrant cultural life, is easily accessible in just a few minutes. In addition, metro line 1 provides quick access to the heart of Paris and its main landmarks.

The property is easily accessible by public transport.

The nearest underground station is Ledru-Rollin (line 8), which is a 4-minute walk from the flat.

Charles de Gaulle Airport is approximately 40 minutes away by car.

This is an apartment with independent access. You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access.

Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance and will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit.

For all bookings of more than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed on arrival and departure, accompanied by an inventory carried out in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
