Holiday home Westeifel - large common rooms - 15 bedrooms - Exclusive use

The Rodershausen holiday home in the south-west Eifel is 390 m² in size, has 15 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 30 guests.

On the ground floor there is now a large living/dining room with kitchen, where the pub used to be. Right next to it is the former small hall, which is now used as a dining room. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom, a bathroom with shower and WC, a guest WC and a large cloakroom.

On the upper floor of the guest house there are nine bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower and WC. The rooms are designed as multi-bed rooms, with double beds, bunk beds, single beds and children's beds. The rooms are furnished with great attention to detail and all have their own style. Famous visitors were also taken into account when designing the rooms.

In the attic there is a large living room, a playroom for small children and four further bedrooms and a bathroom.

In the coach house in the side wing, there are a total of four beds in one bedroom - like in a dormitory, side by side. There is also a living room with a wood-burning stove, a small kitchen, a dining room and a bathroom with a shower and WC.

A total of 15 cosy bedrooms with over 30 beds are available. We offer 3 single rooms, 6 double rooms, 4 three-bed rooms and 2 four-bed rooms. You are also welcome to use the sofa bed in the living room of the coach house.

In the large inner courtyard there is a large terrace with plenty of seating and a large charcoal barbecue for cosy barbecue evenings.

Of course, there are plenty of parking spaces in front of and next to the holiday home.

The historic farmstead has been used in many different ways over its long history, for example as a manor with livestock, as a stagecoach station, as an inn, guesthouse, grocer's shop and now as a holiday home. It has now been adapted to meet the modern requirements of a group home.

Rodershausen is a typical Eifel village with around 160 inhabitants. It lies 500 metres above sea level, above the Our, surrounded by forests and meadows. Nearby, around 10 kilometres away, there are outdoor swimming pools in Neuerburg, Körperich and Vianden. Just 15 km away is the AquaNat'Our Piscine Parc Hosingen with indoor adventure pool, sauna world and fitness area.

The holiday home is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighbourhood. It must be quiet outside from 11 pm. A party in the house is possible, but the windows should remain closed. The holiday home is not suitable for unaccompanied youth groups, young adults, stag parties and drinking parties.
