Aloha and welcome to Molokai Island Retreat!

Molokai Island Retreat is located on the highly desirable lush east end of Molokai (we are not on Maui) in the Wavecrest Resort. Our condo offers a breathtaking bird’s-eye view of the ocean, with stunning vistas extending all the way to Maui, as well as views of the beautifully landscaped gardens of Wavecrest. With the fantastic location on the third floor, you have the added bonus of complete privacy and no overhead noise from guests above. Wavecrest is close to spectacular beaches, hiking and waterfalls. It is a beautiful, scenic 13 mi drive from the town of Kaunakakai.

We have recently remodeled our condo with updated kitchen cabinets, fresh paint, brand new ceiling fans, new decor, new Keurig coffee pot, linens and more, making it feel and look like a brand new condo!

By personally owning and hosting our condo, along with the support of our dedicated island representative, we're able to offer an exceptional experience. We’re not a property management company or a large corporation—just two people who truly care about making your stay memorable. Our goal is for every guest to feel right at home, with all the comforts and personalized attention you deserve.

We have furnished our condo with all you will need for a fun and relaxing stay: Cooler, Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, Sunbrella, Boogie Board, noodles, goggles and snorkeling gear.

We also provide extra amenities you may have left behind, such as razors, toothbrushes and toiletries.

Features a fully stocked kitchen with combo pod/coffee maker, grinder, Brita filter, microwave, spices, condiments and oils.

At Molokai Island Retreat, relaxation is our top priority. We invite you to unwind on the lanai, where sweeping ocean views and the gentle sway of coconut palms create a serene, tropical escape. Whether you're basking by the oceanfront pool, enjoying a match of tennis or pickleball, challenging friends and family to a game of shuffleboard, or lounging in the poolside cabana with a refreshing drink in hand, every moment encourages you to savor island living at its finest.

Inside the condo, retreat to comfort and style as you relax and stream your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV (Netflix, provided for your enjoyment.)

Need to get a little work done? We've got you covered with High-Speed Spectrum wireless internet – though please keep in mind, being on an island means the Wi-fi sometimes likes to go on vacation too!

A paid washer and dryer is just outside the unit (takes coins or credit cards). Please note: We are a third-floor (top) condo with stair access only. There are no elevators at the resort.

The condo is very comfortable and clean. It has amenities like shampoo/conditioner, body wash, Q tips, razors, etc. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking with nice quality pans, spices, oils etc. We had a great stay and can’t wait to be back!

Beautifully appointed condo - excellent, island- inspired taste and hospitality. The host has thought of everything! Great communication with guests. Loved this side of the island with easy, fast access to beaches and hikes. Very little traffic. Wavecrest property is a lush, palm-studded oasis with panoramic views of Maui and Lanai. First off this place is beautiful! From the decor to the view, it feels like vacation while also having the comforts of home. The keurig coffee maker was amazing and all the little amenities made it that much more special. Cari was awesome, and so easy to communicate with. She was so accommodating when I needed to make a change to my booking and answered all my endless questions. It sleeps 4 people comfortably and the sofa couch was probably the most comfortable sofa couch I’ve ever slept on! Will DEFINITELY be recommending this place to friends and family and will stay here again!

Awesome stay

We, 2 adults and 2 kids, loved to spend time in this very well-equipped apartment! It corresponds to the pictures. Especially the Lanai is wonderful, spacious and had the most comfortable chairs we had in our holidays on Hawaii (we visited a few islands). The pool at the property is also wonderful and not very crowded. In a few minutes by car you can have a lovely lunch at Manae Goods & Grindz and after that a cosy stay at the George Murphy Beachpark with the complimentary beach gear from the apartment! The rest of the island has beautiful nature, views and a lot of corners to discover! Although a few residents on Molokai present signs at the street that they don’t like to have visitors we felt very welcome and had nice conversations with locals! Be respectful with the people, the nature and live Aloha than you can expect the best time of your life! Thanks a lot, Cari and Joe! You were lovely hosts!!!

This was a great getaway for those wanting to relax. This condo has beautiful views of the ocean from a relaxing and furnished lanai. There is a full kitchen, comfortable queen-sized bed, and similar sized pull out in the living / TV area with access to most online streaming services to include a Netflix which is paid for by the owner. Molokai is not a tourist destination per se so if you are looking for a nightlife and lots of people, Molokai is NOT for you. My wife and I were looking for a weekend getaway from the touristy places in Hawaii and this was perfect place.

An amazing stay!

Our accommodations at Wavecrest were excellent. The condo was very comfortable and clean with a well-stocked kitchen and everything you could need for a day at the beach. The views from the lanai were so beautiful. We enjoyed having our fresh fruit and coffee outside while watching the sunrise each morning. We highly recommend Kumu farms for fresh produce and the bakery for the freah bread baked at night! The grounds were in fantastic condition and the pool area was rarely busy. We saw a lot of whales from the little beach right in front of the condo. Cari was responsive with any questions we had and provided several good recommendations for food and locations that helped us a lot! Molokai truly blew us away with its friendly people and laid back vibe, and we couldn’t have asked for a better location for our stay. I can’t recommend this condo enough for your time on the island!

Hi, my name is Cari, and my husband Joe and I love to travel, meet new friends and explore new places. My family and I have been visiting the Hawaiian Islands for over 25 years, and now finally get to call this beautiful spot in Molokai our part-time home. We love the culture, the people and, of course, the weather!

We live full time on the central coast of California, and between the two of us we have 5 children and 4 grandchildren!

We are new to hosting and are excited to "meet" you and welcome you to our condo. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
