The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent, in Chamrousse, this charming flat with ski resort within walking distance, with a surface area of 70 m² and can accommodate up to 8 travellers. Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (no lift), it consists of a lovely 34 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath).

The accommodation comprises
- A 34 m² living room with lounge area (TV, double sofa bed) and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen, equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190) and en-suite bathroom (with bath)
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190)
- A mountain corner in the entrance hall (with a bunk bed sleeping two)
- A second mountain corner with a bunk bed (sleeps two)
- A shower room with shower and WC
- Separate WC

Outside :
- A 12 m² balcony with furniture to make the most of fine weather
- A leisure area shared with several buildings, located 450 m from the flat.
- 1 heated outdoor swimming pool (when outside temperatures fall below 20°C)
- 1 whirlpool bath
- 1 or 2 saunas (depending on use)
- 1 fitness room

The flat is ideally located in Chamrousse, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
- Start of the ski slopes 300 metres away with the departure of the Bachat chairlift (4 places). The ESF Chamrousse 1700 will meet you at the foot of the chairlift to buy your ski passes! For cross-country skiing, the Nordic area is within walking distance! Cross-country skiing (10 mins)
- Tree climbing (5 min walk)
- Climbing at Via-ferrata
- Horse-riding club in summer (10 minutes' walk) and dog sledding in winter
- Mountain biking and road cycling
- Grenoble (45 min)
If you come out of season, almost all the shops are closed. Please ask at the tourist office before your stay.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park.

For other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Grenoble, about 28 km away (39 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Grenoble, approx. 80 km away (1 h 14 by car)
- T87 bus
- Free shuttle buses run around Chamrousse, stopping in front of the building during the winter and summer seasons.
