Welcome to the holiday paradise in Ludwigshafen on Lake Constance!

Enjoy holidays and pure relaxation!

The house offers holiday fun in beautiful and untouched nature. Take advantage of the beautiful surroundings for long walks, bike rides and walks. Or, of course, to swim in Lake Constance.

The house is centrally located in the center of Ludwigshafen in a quiet cul de sac. Lake Constance can be reached on foot in 3 minutes, as are all shops for daily needs and public transport (bus, train station) just a few steps away. The house has 121 sqm. On the ground floor there is a large dining area with open kitchen and a guest toilet. From the dining area you reach the terrace in front of the house, which is equipped with comfortable garden furniture Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with balcony and a spacious, very modern bathroom, which is equipped with a bath, wheelchair-accessible shower, a large vanity and a toilet. The large light-flooded gallery room in the attic is equipped with a modern couch. In addition, there is still a pull-out couch. Also from the attic you have access to a spacious balcony, from which you can enjoy partial sea views.

Our house is quiet and yet centrally located. You can sit on the balcony in the sun and enjoy the day, take a walk in the village or along the lakeshore through a nature reserve in the historic village of Bodman, which incidentally is the oldest settlement on the lake and of which Lake Constance also his name has (originally Bodmansee) hiking. Of course, there are also wonderful bike paths that lead directly along the lake. And then you can enjoy a refreshing bath in the magnificent Lake Constance with excellent water quality.

Tolles gepflegtes Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist super jeder Winkel durchdacht . Dem Balkon haben wir ungern genutzt da man von allen Seiten gesehen wird , mal fühlte sich beobachtet, da viele Passanten , Wanderer und Fahrradfahrer an der Straße entlang kommen. Von der Ausstattung her ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Weiterhin ist die Bahnstrecke in unmittelbarer Nähe somit ist es sehr laut bei geöffnetem Fenster.

Top renoviertet Altbau

Sehr schön eingerichtet, gute Raumaufteilung, gute Lage. Besonders der obere Balkon ist großartig, so dass die kleine Terrasse direkt an der Straße gar nicht genutzt werden muss. Ideal für 4-5 Personen, bei 6 Erwachsenen ist die Schlafcouch im Obergeschoss etwas schmal, Sie ist aber durchaus in Ordnung.

gepflegtes Haus in guter Lage

Das Objekt ist neu renoviert bzw. kurz vor Fertigstellung der Renovierung. Die Einrichtung ist neuwertig und von gutem Standart. Lediglich, wenn man mit mehr als einem Fahrzeug anreist, wird es mit dem Parkplatz für das 2. KFZ problematisch. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu meckern! Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.
