Welcome to the GUEST HOUSE FLORIAN in Tegernsee!   In the cozy and family-run "guesthouse with a special flair", newly renovated and in very sunny and quiet location, you have the choice of 5 double and 2 single rooms. Enjoy from the balcony the wonderful view of the mountains in the Tegernsee valley. Hiking and mountain tours start right at our front door, in just a few minutes walk from the south shore of Lake Tegernsee with the lake and Warmbad Rottach-Egern. The center of the neighboring town, with its shops, restaurants also many ways to make the stay pleasant. Parking in front of the house are available.   We look forward to seeing family Winkelmann
