Modern air-conditioned gite in the heart of nature/oliveraie, large swimming pool

Large peaceful cottage offers a relaxing stay for the whole family in a place where life is good, a haven of peace in the middle of nature, in an olive grove, you will enjoy a siesta to the song of the cicadas under the noon sky.
You will recharge your batteries in the hollow of a valley, in the shade of holm oaks, surrounded by oleanders.

Large living room of 60 m2 (waxed concrete floor) on the bright first floor opening onto a large terrace surrounded by oleanders on the edge of the olive grove.

The cottage was renovated in April 2022, new rooms have been created to accommodate up to 12 people with all the necessary comforts. (3 additional beds in an extra bed.)

SPACE AND QUIET

The cottage has been converted into an old barn, 100m from the owners' house on a property of 3ha.
You will have a magnificent view of the olive grove from the shaded garden furniture.
You will enjoy a Provençal breakfast, a walk among the olive trees, a game of petanque under the large oaks (balls lent on request).
You can cool off in the large swimming pool (13m x 5m) at your disposal about thirty meters from the cottage, near the owners' house. The swimming pool is accessible from June to September from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

You can organize various activities nearby: in addition to the swimming pool, petanque, volleyball, badminton, table tennis on the estate; hiking, cultural or tourist visits (Sommières, Nîmes, Arles, Uzes, Avignon, etc.), horseback riding (clubs nearby), beaches (La Grande Motte, Le Grau du Roi)

Sheets and towels are optional on request at a rate of 185€ only for a minimum of 2 nights.

Travelers' access
The property is in an agricultural zone, it is accessed by a stony path (low-bed cars not recommended).
Large parking available in the middle of the oleanders and holm oaks.

Other remarks:

This place is in the middle of nature is isolated, quiet: events such as parties are not allowed (in the middle of nature noise can carry far).

Children must not be left unattended in the swimming pool area (fenced).

The cottage has a mezzanine opening onto the living room, bordered by a secure railing.
For young children, I suggest not to allow access to this mezzanine and to have them sleep on the first floor.

Our concern is ecological, we only use non-toxic products for everything from cleaning, washing clothes, etc...

NB: Linen is not provided for one-night rentals
The price for bed linen and bath towels is 185€ optional.
