Located on the ground floor, it consists of a 30 mÂČ living room, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom (with shower). We are waiting for you!

- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, stovetop, and more

The flat is ideally located in Savines-le-Lac, in a very pleasant setting. You will find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, and more.

- Hiking in the Morgnon forest
- Visiting the church of Saint-Florent
- Kayak, pedal boat, or canoe rental to explore the lake and its coves
- Strolling through the village of Savines-le-Lac
- Ski resorts: Les Orres / Crevoux / RĂ©allon
