These recreational facilities are shared with the owners, who occupy part of the house. This very peaceful location is centrally located for visiting sites such as Toulouse with its Cité de l'Espace (Space City), Albi, Carcassonne, and the Canal du Midi. The entrance opens into the living room with a lounge and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a pantry, a separate WC, a shower room with WC, and three bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), one with two single beds (90x200cm), and one with two single beds (90x200cm) that can be joined together and have its own private shower room). Internet access is available. REMOTE WORK: A desk, comfortable chair, and lamp are provided, along with a nearby power outlet for a laptop. Extension cords and power strips are available upon request. High-speed internet (fiber optic), Wi-Fi, and RJ45 cable connections are included. 4G mobile phone coverage is available (Orange network). WITHOUT A CAR: From Toulouse Jean-Jaurès station, take bus L1 and get off at Balma Ribaute. From there, take bus 104 and get off at Aigrefeuille town hall to reach the gîte (1-hour journey). For businesses: A cleaning fee and linen change are mandatory every 15 days.
