Apartment Barata is located right in the center of Armação de Pera, on the 2nd floor. Floor. The large balcony overlooks the pool.
It is just a 5-minute walk to the beach promenade and the most beautiful beaches of Armação de Pera. From the Apartment Barata you have a few meters to the fish, vegetable and fruit market and supermarkets. The apartment is well equipped.
Like all our flats, it has fast fibre optic internet and satellite TV (with all German channels) and MEO TV (100 Portuguese channels, series and films partly in original English).
The pool is expected to be closed until the end of July 2026 due to renovation work.
This apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom.
The apartment is for max. 2 adults and 2 children suitable.

Het appartement is qua inboedel verouderd en ver versleten. Een tv met 7 Portugese zenders is niet meer van deze tijd. De wasmachine bleek defect. De afvoeren van de douche en keuken liepen slecht door. De kleerkast was fors beschadigd. De sloten van de balkondeuren waren defect etcetera. Het appartement lag direct in de buurt van een creche en een school, dus veel verkeersbewegingen. Kortom, de betaalde prijs is veel te hoog voor hetgeen werd geboden.

Fab week in Armacao de Pera
My daughter and I recently enjoyed a lovely weeks holiday at Karins apartment. Karin was very good wth all communication before and during our stay. The apartment was well fitted and close to some great restaurants and 5 minutes walk from the sea. Very clean pool and surrounding area.

Perfekter Urlaub in Armacao de Pera
2 Wochen in einer sehr schönen sauberen Anlage mit toller Aussicht verbracht. Schönes sehr gut ausgerüstetes Apartement mit direktem Zugang zum Strand. Vermieter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, alle Sonderwünsche werden erfüllt. Jederzeit gerne wieder. Das Restaurant in direkter Nähe kann ebenfalls nur empfohlen werden, super Cataplane.
