Welcome to this charming flat, ideal for two people, located in the heart of Annecy. Comfortable and well-equipped, it consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a modern fully equipped kitchen, a functional shower room and a cosy lounge with a television, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. You will have access to a range of amenities to make your stay enjoyable: a Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, hairdryer, iron, and a locked communal storage room for your bicycles. The flat overlooks an inner courtyard, offering a calm and relaxing environment. Please note that the windows are only in the lounge. Sheets and towels are not included in the cleaning fee but can be provided at an additional cost. A major advantage is its exceptional location in a pedestrian street in the historic centre, a stone's throw from the castle and all amenities (restaurants, shops, supermarkets).
You can do everything on foot! Set off to explore Annecy's iconic sites: The old town (3 min walk) The Palais de l'Île (1 min) Le Paquier (9 mins) The Jardins de l'Europe and the Pont des Amours (7 mins) The Basilica of the Visitation (8 mins) The Thiou, a charming river running through the old town Lake Annecy is just a 2-minute walk away, ideal for walks or swimming. On the practical side, there is a Monoprix supermarket 4 minutes' walk away and a Monop' (train station) 9 minutes away.
