The living / dining room with kitchen area is equipped in the living area with a seating combination and a TV and a stereo. The dining area offers enough space for 4 people. Directly from the dining area, a patio door leads to a small breakfast terrace overlooking the large garden. Cozy warmth radiates from the stove. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob cooker and a modern oven. There is also a fridge and a dishwasher. A microwave, if you want to go fast, is just like a toaster and coffee machine. We want our guests, who have time and desire to cook on holiday, to find the necessary tools here and, maybe with specialties from the region, to create great menus. The guest toilet on the ground floor is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. A staircase leads to the upper floor with a spacious bedroom and a bathroom. A stair guard is available. In the bathroom you will find a shower and in the morning you can marvel at a wonderful sunrise while looking out the window to the northeast. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and ample closet space. A small sitting area invites you to read or relax. Up to 2 cots for children up to 4 years can be placed in the bedroom.

The house was extensively renovated and an old Resthof was 2014 a comfortable holiday home. It is located near the Baltic Sea in a quiet environment in a dead end street with no through traffic. Around the house there is a large garden with playground and playhouse for children, each with a garden shed, which can also be used as a shelter for bicycles and plenty of parking spaces. The garden has several terraces and a fireplace. In a separate building is a sauna with shower, toilet and outdoor terrace. The sauna can accommodate 4 people and is charged at € 6 per hour. The house is also ideal for spending a holiday together with friends or a large family. Both apartments can accommodate up to 10 people.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
