Idéalement situé pour des vacances en famille au calme. Séjour dans une ancienne ferme pleine de charme. Quelques suppléments a prévoir cependant, pas forcément explicitement énoncés lors de la lecture de l'annonce. Prévoyez un supplément électricité même sans utilisation de la clim et lors d'une utilisation normale, si vous souhaitez du linge de lit également un supplément ainsi qu'un supplément ménage. Prévoyez également un cheque de caution de 150 euros malgré la reservation sur un site comme abritel. Un peu dommage. Le gîte aurai également mérité un bon coup de propre avant notre arrivée. Cependant nous avons passé un agréable séjour et l'hôte est réactif aux messages si besoin.

Der Host kam erst nach unserem Anruf zum Check-In, wir warteten 2,5h. Die Fernbedienungen für die A/C wurden vom Host erst nach Aufforderung von FeWo an uns ausgehändigt. Das Haus war sehr schmutzig: Schimmel an der Wand im WC, Schimmel in den Fugen der Badewanne, die Duschkabine sollte erneuert werden. Etliche Spinnweben und Staub. In der Küche klebten die Oberflächen. Waschmaschine/Trockner wird von allen Gästen (ca. 5 Parteien) genutzt, der Host wäscht da auch die Putzlappen, Duschvorleger etc. Im Haus gab es eine Unmenge an Fliegen, wir kauften Fliegenklatschen und auch eine neue WC-Bürste (war auch defekt). Nachts hört man Mäuse im Haus. Eine Maus fanden wir in einem unserer Rucksäcke. Eine tote Maus lag im Garten hinter dem Haus. Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde der Weg neu gepflastert: morgendliches Hämmern und Sägen der Steine sowie laute Gespräche der Handwerker begleiteten uns den ganzen Tag. Der Host forderte eine (entgeltliche) Endreinigung, eine Kaution in bar und Kosten für Elektrizität- dies war vorab nicht Teil der Buchungsbedingungen. Nach Rücksprache mit FeWo bezahlten wir dies nicht. Am letzten Tag gab es im Viertel einen Stromausfall. Der Host war vor Ort, grüßte uns, aber informierte uns nicht. Als wir den Stromausfall feststellten, kontaktierten wir den Host, er reagierte nur mit Verspätung. Wir reisten daher bereits früher ab. Der Host war uns gegenüber nach Kontakt durch FeWo unfreundlich und verärgert, war nicht an einer Lösung interessiert.
