Want to come and relax? Here is a bright new single-storey house of 85 m² with 3 bedrooms that can accommodate 6 people.
Two of them are equipped with 160 size beds.
The third bedroom has two 90 beds. Linen is available at an additional cost.
All bedrooms are equipped with electric shutters.

A new equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. Living dining room with TV and WiFi.

The bathroom is composed of a double sink unit and a walk-in shower.

The garden has an area of about 400 m² unfenced. There is a south-facing wooden terrace, has a garden table and chairs. You access it directly from the living room and two bedrooms.

The nearest beach is about 800 metres away. The Sillon de Talbert, located less than a km away, is a unique place in Europe, astonishing by its magnificent and varied landscapes according to the tides. The GR 34 allows you to walk all along the coast.

Do you want to meet a few people, buy newspapers, have a drink outside the house? The bar "Le Talbert" two minutes walk away welcomes you with Laurent to offer you for example the Paimpol beer "la bonne humeur" or simply a coffee or tea.

Don't feel like taking the car?
A local market gardener open 7 days a week less than 200 metres from the house, a mini-market "le panier de Maud" as well as a pizzeria and a bakery complete this little corner of paradise.

There are plenty of beautiful sites to visit in the area, such as the Talbert furrow, the island of Bréhat, Paimpol, Ploubazlanec, Loguivy de la mer, the pink granite coast etc.

Outside of school holidays, possibility to rent for 2 nights minimum, do not hesitate to ask by message for it to be possible.

A deposit will be required, but of course you will take care of our accommodation and the deposit will be returned to you.
