Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize for the cobwebs on the patio and balconies, as well as the issues you experienced with the shower curtain and cleanliness. That is certainly not the experience we want our guests to have. We do make an effort to sweep and clean the balconies between guests. However, this time of year, with the increased spider activity, falling leaves, and outdoor debris, it can be difficult to keep everything completely clear, as things can accumulate again shortly after cleaning and before the next guest arrives. That said, we understand how frustrating this must have been and apologize that it affected your ability to enjoy the outdoor spaces. We also appreciate you bringing the shower curtain and other cleaning concerns to our attention. We will address these items with our cleaning team to ensure they receive additional attention going forward. We are sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate you taking the time to let us know where improvements are needed.

This is a great place tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Hwy 280 but does have quick access to the shopping and restaurants.
