Modern, cozy villa with pool and garden

Welcome to our house!
Our house was newly built in 2015, is beautifully furnished, and is available as a cozy location for your vacation during certain weeks of the year.
The spacious, open-plan living and dining area (approx. 60 sqm) faces south-west. From there, you have a fantastic view of the pool and the extraordinary garden, which is particularly notable for its elliptical lawn. Thanks to the unusual ceiling height of 2.80 m and the large windows, all rooms are very bright, friendly, and cozy. The open fireplace contributes to the pleasant atmosphere in winter. The kitchen is completely white, very stylish, and equipped with all modern kitchen appliances (including a steam cooker and Thermomix). In addition, behind the kitchen, you will find a room with a washing machine and dryer.

The following rooms are available as bedrooms (depending on the number of guests):

Two people:
Guest suite with private bathroom in the basement

Three or four people:
As above, plus two bedrooms on the upper floor with one bathroom.

If you come with your own car or rent one, you can park directly on our property in our private parking lot. WiFi is fast and free throughout the house.
Our house is often booked as a film or photo location.

The house is located in a quiet part of southeast Munich (Gartenstadt Trudering). The well-known “Franziskaner-Garten” (beer garden) is only a two-minute walk away. The restaurant “Lindengarten,” which also has a beer garden, is about a 10-minute walk away. Other restaurants (Italian, Chinese) as well as a supermarket and other shops for daily needs are only 5 minutes away.
The Truderinger Wald forest, which is very close by, is ideal for jogging and walking.
The stops for bus lines 192 and 195 are 3 minutes away. Bus 192 goes to Trudering train station, where you can change to the U2 subway line (Munich city center or exhibition grounds), among other things. In the other direction, the 192 goes directly to the large “PEP” shopping center.
