When we found this spot on Anastasia Island years ago, we knew this was where we wanted our family to make memories together. Now, we're excited to share our special place with you when we're not using it ourselves!
Why We Love Our Beach Condo
Located right on Crescent Beach, our condo gives us the perfect balance - peaceful beach time with easy access to historic St. Augustine and the natural beauty of Anastasia State Park. The stunning ocean views from our wall of floor-to-ceiling windows were what sold us on this place, and they still take our breath away every visit.
As Tabi, who stayed with us recently, said: "The pics don't do it justice. Highly recommend this stay, wonderful hosts."

Our Favorite Features
A Kitchen Made for Family Meals
We completely renovated the kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, making it perfect for everything from pancake breakfasts to seafood dinners. The coffee station is where we start every vacation morning, and we've stocked the kitchen with all the tools and basics we like to cook with.

Living Room with Those Views!
Our living room is designed around the stunning southeast-facing ocean views. We've created a comfortable space for movie nights, board games, or just relaxing with the sound of waves. The plush seating, 50" Smart TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi keep everyone happy.

Our Favorite Spot - The Balcony
This private slice of paradise is where we spend most of our time. It's perfect for morning coffee, afternoon reading, or evening drinks while watching the sunset. The comfortable chairs and lounge make it easy to spend hours enjoying the panoramic ocean views.
Karen mentioned: "The condo was beautiful and the view of the ocean was amazing! We loved the small touches like the bath robes, a bottle of wine and an 'in case you forgot something' basket."
Rest & Relaxation
Master Bedroom Retreat
Our master bedroom features a king-size bed and floor-to-ceiling windows with direct balcony access. We designed it so we could wake up to ocean views and fall asleep to the sound of waves. The ensuite bathroom has a double vanity and walk-in tile shower with premium Paya Organics toiletries.
Bobby wrote: "This was everything we wanted it to be for our anniversary weekend. Clean, quiet, great location. Well stocked, plenty of options for beach items."

Family-Friendly Second Bedroom
The second bedroom is where our kids and their cousins pile in during family visits. It has two sets of bunk beds (one with a full-size bed on bottom), all fitted with premium Casper mattresses and soft linens. We've added a selection of toys, games, and a wall-mounted TV to keep younger guests entertained.
Katie noted: "This was by far the best airbnb I have stayed in! Beautiful views, plenty of space and everything we could possibly need. It was such a relaxing stay... Brendan and Jessica were extremely detailed in the instructions for our stay and made it very clear that they were available if we had any problems."

Why Our Condo Isn't "Just Another Vacation Rental"
We've purposely decorated our condo to feel like a real home, not a sterile rental property. When we're not here enjoying it ourselves, we love sharing it with guests who will appreciate the care we've put into creating a welcoming space.
