The Coquina Condominium is a family-oriented 42 unit beachside complex. Enjoy sunrises from your condo overlooking the ocean and sunsets over the intercoastal waterway from our sundeck. There are gas grills on the sundeck, tennis courts, shuffle board and a basketball court. We also have an area with water for cleaning fresh-caught fish.

Our beautifully manicured courtyard with mature hibiscus leads out to the large open pools and then directly onto the white sandy beaches. Be sure to bring along your surfboard or fishing rod.

Only two miles away, explore the historic and beautiful grounds of Fort Matanzas National Monument, home to a mid-18th century Spanish fort.
