Kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. Bed was comfy and a/c worked very well. Great location in the building and great views.

Coffee makers didnt work, needs better lighting in all rooms, porch light didnt work, there is a hole in the wall of one bedroom, blankets were thin, master shower leaks, decor was dusty.

Was a bit dated, if you want to cook, kitchen is probably lacking, we only did eggs in the am so worked enough but supplies were lacking, I think there was 4 forks, pulled a knife out of knife block and its handle was broken, frying pan was dirty when we got there which is understandable with only having a sponge and no scrub brush, but all in all it worked for what we needed. Also bunk room had no closet or dresser, was pretty tight. Hotel is nice and location is great, had a nice view of the pool area.

Absolutely Beautiful!

Highly recommended!!The Emerald Grande is an amazing place to vacation. Excellent amenities, service and location.So much to see and do or you can just lounge by the pool or on the beach. This is my second stay and we'll definitely be back!

Great experience

The view was fantastic. Beautiful condo. Mattress’s and living room chairs, couch in dire need of replacing. Mattress is like sleeping on water bed that’s only 3/4 full. Padding in couch and especially chairs is kaput. Kitchen is great! Would definitely like to stay hear again

BE ADVISED - You CANNOT take the boat to the Emerald Grande's private beach

Emerald Grande as a resort, offers a boat to a private beach with complimentary umbrellas and chairs BUT if you rent this room, you do NOT have that option since it is owned by a private owner. That was the first thing the receptionist informed me when I checked in. That was very disappointing because that calm, pretty private beach was something that my family was looking forward to. The pool only goes to 4 feet and is pretty small for the amount of people that are out there. Other than that, the location is great and all of the staff were very friendly (except for that one receptionist that couldn't wait to tell me the one amenity that was not offered to me.)

Perfect condo

we loved the location in the harbor close to everything. Parking was efficient and plentiful. Even had ice machines in the parking garage to make it easy to fill up for the beach. The condo was clean and spacious. The pool area was wonderful. Everyone really enjoyed it. The only issue is that the 18 and up Deck has a hot tub that is less heated than the hot tub on the normal deck which was weird. Great stay tho.

Nightmare

If you want beach access at the emerald grande do not book this room! We were told in text message that our bands to get to the beach via boat would be in the room. We were also told via message we would have access to the beach once we checked in but no early check in for this room. When we arrived we were told not only that we don’t have access to the beach but if we needed anything for the room they could not help. Well lo and behold the tv did not work in the family room and we were trying to watch the LSU baseball game that they won two nights in a row and had to watch in our phone. We were told three days in a row that someone would help but no one came. The front desk did contact the local Vacasa and I was told someone would contact me. No one ever contacted me. No one even tried to make it right

Very disappointing

There was plumbing issues in our room where we couldn’t use one bathroom and so we all had to share one bathroom. Getting assistance took almost our entire vacation. DVD player was broken and the internet was horrible so we couldn’t stream without issues. Definitely disappointing to have to deal with so many issues on our vacation.

Great location

Perfect location with everything nearby. Offers a great view with 2 balconies. Downfall is that the beds are too soft and the floors were not clean upon arrival. Took a shower and walked barefoot… feet were DIRTY from walking around inside. The couch could use new cushions and one of the lounge chairs on the balcony needs replaced. Other than those minor issues, great stay.

Outlets didn’t work

Everything about the condo was great, the only reason I have 4 stars is because the outlets in the bathroom didn’t work. Other than that everything was in working condition. The view was absolutely gorgeous and the doors are sound proof so you don’t have to worry about hearing ppl down at the pool unless you have the doors open. Will definitely book again.

Great location & Fun Times at the Emerald Grande

The place was clean and loved the 2 balconies with the harbor and pool view. Everything we wanted to do was walking distance and the people were helpful and friendly. I would give it 5 stars but I think the electronics and furniture needs updating. Other than that it was perfect for 4 adults and 2kids.
