A Cozy, Private Winter Getaway

Set on a quiet corner lot beside a wooded area, this home offers extra privacy and a peaceful setting perfect for a seasonal escape. Enjoy winter-friendly amenities including a fire pit, hot tub, and a pond for fishing, all just steps from the back door.

While the property features a pool and pool house for warmer months, it truly shines in winter as a comfortable, relaxing retreat surrounded by nature.

Your calm, private winter stay awaits.

Bedroom Setup:
Main House: 3 bedrooms (2 king, 1 queen), 3 full baths, 1 half bath.

Pool House: 1 bedroom, 1 full bath, 1 half bath, plus a downstairs area with a trundle bed and a futon.

10' In-ground Pool, Jet spa Jacuzzi, Fire-Pit, Fishing, Private Dock and Indoor & Outdoor games, Game Room, Streaming flat screen tv in every room (even game room), Private bath in every bedroom, Wi-Fi, BBQ Grill, Gated Yard, Karaoke, Screen Porch, Covered Balcony and much more.

Security cameras are placed within plain sight and are arranged to monitor the external parameters of the main house, pool house, and interior of the garage for security purposes. Guests retain privacy indoors and while using the pool and hot tub.

Pool closed during winter months Dec. - Feb. Subject to change depending on local weather conditions.

Host is very responsive. We were able to extend our stay by an extra day. Guest house is perfect for anyone needing quiet for remote work. Pool and hot tub are a big plus. Great space for a large family.

Absolutely beautiful property in a pristine neighborhood. Well equipped with everything you could need. If you have a large family, this is an absolutely perfect property in a perfect location. We've stayed at B&B's all over the world, and this ranks among the best.

We all had a great time staying here. The house was fully equipped and sufficient to host us, spacious and though we didn’t have kids with us the house seemed very kid friendly. My friends want to stay again!

We had to wash bath linens and some blankets, to have enough for six adults. Several outdoor chairs broke or paint peeling and stuck on us. Pictures are not current for outdoor furniture. Pool had debri on bottom and hot tub water discolored. Host apologetic and did get us a blender.

Check in was very smooth and our stay was fantastic. We enjoyed the pool very much and even went out on the canoe. We did most of our cooking there and the kitchen is well stocked. The town had all the stores we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect for our family vacation with 3 kids (2 and under) and our dog! The communication back and forth was fantastic! Has many extras and unexpected pleasant surprises! The outdoor space is incredible. Some of the concrete is chipped but not at all anything that got in the way of a great time! The pool house was amazing!! Would absolutely recommend and stay again!! Thank you!

Spacious, Family-Friendly, and Responsive Host

We had a fantastic stay! The location has plenty of space for a larger family. The kids especially loved fishing off the dock, a great bonus. We did run into a few small hiccups, but Chris was incredibly responsive and handled everything quickly and professionally. Overall, it was wonderful experience, and would recommend this location to families or groups looking for a relaxing getaway.

Quiet updated house

Great space for a group. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Large kitchen. Updated. Not as clean as we had hoped, but Chris was great about it and quick to respond. We have stayed previously at this house with no issues. Great amenities for a group. Hope to stay again in the future.

good location for us and great house for entertaining

spent a couple nights here in town for a family celebration of life. the house was a great location for us and easily accommodated our extended family for evening visits. Chris is a new owner and easy to communicate with. He's in the process of improving the home so it will only get better. Cheers!

Cozy place to gather

We had a great time and were able to relax. We didn’t get to spend as much time using the amazing outdoor amenities as we would have liked due to event commitments and cooler temperatures but even just sitting out by the pool was very relaxing. Hosts have thought of a lot of ways to make your stay easier. Including labeling where everything goes for easy clean up. Only tip is if you’re attending an event where you need to do make up - bring a lighted mirror. Bathroom lighting isn’t great for that. But I’d give this place a 10 out of 10 for sure. Hope we can come back and enjoy the outdoor space!
