Villa Essentielle, cozy vacation home 3 bedrooms and pool!

Villa Essentielle is a beautiful family home, the perfect spot for your vacation in Saint Martin.
It is located in Cul de Sac area, 5 minutes driving from Orient Bay or Anse Marcel. (2 minutes only from Pinel ferry - 3 minutes from Supermarket).



It features a fully equipped kitchen, bright and functional open on the terrace and on the living room. (with Smart TV)
On the same floor there is a large bedroom with King size bed, dressing and en-suite bathroom that has access to the garden where you might find bananas or even maracujas!



On the 2nd floor you will find 2 other bedrooms with Queen size beds and another bathroom.



Every room of the house is air-conditioned.



Outside, where you will probably spend the most of your time, you can choose between perfecting your tan on the long chairs, relaxing on the outdoor sofa or enjoying a great meal on the large dinner table.



Decorated with taste, this vacation home offers all the necessary comfort for a beautiful stay with your family or friends.

Great Stay

The property is just lovely. The kitchen (and villa in general) is really well equipped. The Bedrooms were a great size. When we inquired about beach umbrellas and chairs the owners provided them for our use. THANK YOU. Communication was easy and kind. A hint for renters though...be very careful of the size of vehicle you rent because the parking spot can be difficult to enter (depending on how many cars are around at the moment and how good the driver). Parking a full size SUV will be a challenge when the neighbours cars are home. This is not the fault of the villa but something we noticed could be an issue if you had a car larger than ours. Thanks you so much for a lovely stay.

Parfait pour nous

Cette propriété a répondu à toutes nos attentes… Ses points positifs; la vue, la piscine, la propreté, la communication avec le responsable, belle section à l’extérieur à l’abris de la pluie, .Points négatifs; les chiens du voisins qui aboient, mais il y a des chiens partout sur l’île, alors…il y avait un lit de brisé à notre arrivée mais il a été changé pendant notre séjour! Bravo!!!
