Enjoy through the huge balcony door, from all rooms, from the bed and from the large balcony a unique panoramic view in the Thuringian Forest to the Rennsteig.

The large, light-filled living room is equipped with a fireplace, a cozy lounge, dining area, desk and satellite TV.

On the balcony are sunbeds, a lounge and a dining table.

In the separate bedroom is a 1.80 m wide box spring bed, a wardrobe and a satellite TV.

In the bathroom you will find a shower temple with rain shower, hand shower, massage jets, foot massage, light therapy and radio, a vanity and the toilet.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine and Tassimomaschine.

The apartment is suitable for two guests.
For a child I can prepare the sofa bed on request.
The apartment is quiet on the 1st floor.

Dog / dogs are welcome.
The lower castle garden is fenced and can be used as a dog playground.

The parking for your car is located in the upper castle garden.

Those views!!

Huge living room, with a huge sliding door to a huge balcony with amazing views. We had some wonderful sunsets and even a very clear starry night where we could see a distant thunderstorm. The apartment has everything you might need and the location is ideal for many of the region's attractions. I'm very happy we ended up here.

Beautiful forest and mountain view

This place is a treasure. Located in the Thuringian forest in a cute spa town in the mountains, this place has it all. Very spacious and tastefully furnished, this apartment is located on the ground floor of a historic building. There are so many thoughtful touches, such as fresh flowers in the dining room or elegant candies and soft bathrobes on the beds. You have a huge balcony that overlooks forests and hills, with the same view from every room. You are just minutes walking distance from a hotel with beer garden, bars and a fabulous restaurant with stunning views in all directions, and just a few minutes drive (or ten minute walk) into town. This will definitely be one of the most luxurious places you can stay for miles around. I highly recommend it!

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Warzenburg war wunderbar. Wundervoller Panoramablick auf den Thüringer Wald. Wanderungern konnten direkt am Haus beginnen. Für unsere beiden Königspudel war es zudem ein Traum in dem großen Garten toben und rennen zu dürfen. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit viel Stil eingerichtet und das Bad lässt keine Wellnesswünsche aus. Bezaubernde Wohnung

Hat alles gepasst. Super Ausgangspunkt für Geschichte und Kultur in Thüringen. Wohnung war zum Wohlfühlen, gemütlich und stilvoll. Man war zu Hause. Highlight, der Panoramablick von der Terasse, sowohl bei gutem als auch bei schlechterem Wetter. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

Außergewöhnliches Ambiente

Wir haben in der Villa Warzenburg eine Woche im Februar verbracht und haben diese Zeit sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und trotz der Größe sehr gemütlich, so dass man sich zu zweit nicht verloren fühlt. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, so dass wir die Ferienwohnung wirklich einfach weiterempfehlen können!

Wir wurden von einer sehr lieben Vermieterin empfangen, und uns wurde persönlich die Wohnung gezeigt. De woning kan niet beter. Alles is aanwezig, het is schoon, rustig en goed bereikbaar. Eigenaresse is vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. Veel wandelmogelijkheden en leuke steden om te bezoeken. Warm aanbevolen!!

Wunderbare Woche in Friedrichsroda

Wir konnten in dieser sehr schönen Ferienwohnung eine Woche Urlaub genießen. Leider war es viel zu kurz, wir hätten gerne die Aussicht vom Balkon und auch die vielfältigen Angebote in der Umgebung noch länger genossen.

Ideal zum entspannen und Seele baumeln lassen

Die Ferienwohnung von Frau Hähnlein ist wirklich ein Hingucker! Selten bekommt man zu zweit so viel Platz geboten. Dazu noch die herrliche Aussicht aus dem Panoramafenster/dem großen Balkon, der gemütliche Kamin und die exklusive Einrichtung ... da wird jeder Aufenthalt zu einem Traum. Die Warzenburg ist umgeben von Wäldern, die zum Spazieren einladen und in der Ruhe der Natur konnten wir herrlich entspannen. Wir kommen aus dem Schwärmen gar nicht raus, es war einfach perfekt für einen romantischen Urlaub zu zweit (oder dritt, denn auch der Hund hatte eine tolle Zeit ;)). Die Vermieterin hat uns direkt empfangen, sogar noch vor der eigentlich vereinbarten Zeit - sie ist sehr nett und aufmerksam. Die Einrichtung hat wirklich nichts zu wünschen übrig gelassen - besonders toll fanden wir die Bademäntel! ;) Selbst das Internet war superschnell, auch wenn wir das ja gerade gar nicht so benutzt haben. Es ist ein tolle Wohnung, auch wenn es mal nicht so tolles Wetter ist, einfach weil es so gemütlich ist. Durch die Fußbodenheizung ist es immer mollig warm. Kurzum: Wir fanden es super, werden fleißig weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Gewoon een geweldige locatie.

Wanneer je ook eens kasteelheer of dame wilt zijn is dit een geweldig huis. Heel ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Gelegen in een wandelgebied met naast het huis de toegang tot het bos. Bijzonder geschikt voor wandelaars, ook met hond. Op ca, 100 meter van het huis kan je in het berghotel op de 12e verdieping heerlijk eten met uitzicht over het Thüringen Wald. In het dorp zelf is helaas niet zo veel te beleven, maar in de omgeving is genoeg te zien. De ZES sterren is deze locatie dubbel en dwars waard. Wij waren er dit jaar voor de tweede keer, met hond.

Super Unterkunft!

Vor Ort wurde im Gegensatz zum Inserat der Eindruck der Fewo noch weit übertroffen. Alles war super. Es gab keinerlei Beanstandungen. Das haben wir bisher sehr selten erlebt. Wir können nur jedem empfehlen, der eine Fewo im Thüringer Wald sucht, hier zu buchen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist nicht zu toppen. Von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute haben wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt, genauso ging es unserem "Timmi".

Traumwohnung

Für uns als Hundebesitzer war es ein toller Urlaub in einer Traumwohnung in wundervoller Umgebung . Frau Hänlein hat uns persönlich empfangen und alles gezeigt. Die Ferienwohnung ist top ausgestattet und der Blick vom Balkon ist einfach atemberaubend. In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts. Alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet sodass man sich nur wohlfühlen kann. Vom Ferienobjekt aus kann man direkt loswandern und das Auto auch einmal stehen lassen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
