LIVING AREA

Unwind into vacation mode on the queen sleeper sofa and three armchairs in the living area. In the evening settle in to enjoy favorite shows on the 52” flat-screen TV with cable.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare delicious meals in the sleek kitchen, equipped with granite countertops, a farm sink, and a full suite of helpful appliances.

When it’s time to eat, gather around the dining table with seating for four.

BED & BATH

This two-story townhouse sleeps up to six guests between two suites and a sleeper sofa.

Find ultimate comfort in the master suite, complete with a stately king bed, 37” TV with cable and DVD, a private deck with a bistro table for three, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The guest suite is outfitted with two twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

A half bath is located off the entryway.

This property requires ascending stairs to the bedrooms and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility.

Things To Know:
Due to recent increases in water levels some boat ramps have been opened on Canyon Lake. Boat ramps #1 and #2 are open for free, public use. Boat ramps #14, #17, #18 and #19 are also open but do charge a fee for entry. For the most up to date water levels and ramp openings please visit the mycanyonlake website.
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
