Cabin in Ellijay GA Mountains

Cozy Creek Side Cabin is tucked away in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. Located right on a flowing creek, you can hear the water from each of the bedroom balconies. The main level offers a bedroom with a private balcony, a detached bathroom along with the living room and kitchen space. The 3rd level is a master suite bedroom and bathroom with a private balcony. The downstairs basement offers a living room with pull out sofas, a curtained off kids bunk and play area, a separate bedroom and bath. The basement also has its own porch with a hot tub to relax in and the laundry room.
The yard has a designated area to hang some hammocks, a fire pit for roasting marshmallows and a lovely creek for the kids to play in!

The cabins gated community offers river tubing, swimming in the river, seasonal outdoor pool, an indoor heated pool, fishing and many parks. While having the far away feel & scenery you are only 10 mins away from Historic Downtown Ellijay, grocery stores and restaurants. The area is full of scenic hiking trails, waterfalls, the famous Amicola Falls, fishing, apple orchards galore with seasonal apple picking, many Winery’s and white water rafting. All this within just 30 mins from your tucked away cozy cabin.

We will definitely be back! We travel to North Georgia around 3 times a year and have not found a location that we fell in love with enough to go back to until now! The cabin was very clean and he had everything we needed and more! The host was quick to responsd when I had questions and very nice. The location is absolutely amazing! I have 3 kids and they loved having a yard and a creek to play in when we wanted to stay at the house. The added resort amenities were just icing on the cake! We can't wait to go back!

It was an awesome expereince. The heated pool was fantastic. My family enjoyed it everyday. I would recommend this as one of the finest stays if you are planning to unplug and enjoy.

The cabin and location were amazing, we had excellent communication with our host. The cabin was clean and well stocked. I loved the floor plan, although we didn’t have any littlest besides our 6 month old granddaughter tge basement would be perfect for families with younger children. The little creek out back was so soothing to listen tj and the abundance of wildlife was a definite plus!

The cabin was very roomy and comfortable. Plenty of space for our whole group. Lots of deer in the yard every day and the sound of the stream was comforting. Our hostess was very responsive and checked in with us to make sure we had what we needed. Would love to rent again in warmer weather so that we could use the outside area more. The cabin setting was truly beautiful.

Highly reccomend this cabin and the community that it is a part of. If you are looking to experience wildlife, the deer population here is extremely high. We counted 46 deer on our way to the gate the last morning of our stay. There is no telling how many we missed. There were also deer in the back yard by the creek morning and evening and even while the kids were playing in the creek.

Amazing place

This cabin was absolutely perfect! The property was amazing. We had six deer hanging out with us all weekend! I can’t say enough about how pleased I was with everything from the furnishing to the well stocked kitchen! The screened in porches were great for drinking coffee and watching the deer play. The creek made it that much better. We will definitely be back soon! Thank you Caroline for sharing your cabin with us!

Amazing

We had a wonderful time at the Cozy Cabin. Everything was very clean and the cabin had everything we needed. The hot tub was a hit with everyone. One evening there were 12 deer in the yard. The kids loves the creek and looking for different rocks. Caroline was a great host and always available if we had any questions. We loved our stay!

What a perfect trip. Adults loved having a bathroom per bedroom. Grandkids loved watching the deer and turkeys in the back yard! They also loved playing in the creek with their fathers. Everyone said they wanted to stay longer ( had to get back for work). This may be a property we want to rent again! Thanks!!!

Awesome time

My family and I had a great stay at this location. It was nice to have a such a clean and cute place to come home to each day we went out. It was also great for the days that we stayed in. Cabin is equipped with everything you would need for a home like stay. Host was amazing at communication even though she was on vacation herself. Resort is a nice family environment and although the roads can be tricky, they were not even close to the trickiest I have driven on in the north Georgia mountains with the exception of the driveway entrance. However, after a couple of attempts that became much less of an issue. The creek was a nice place to hang out with my youngest, but the backyard is a bit wet. Probably from the daily 2:00 pm summer showers. Did not use the firepit but the hot tub was nice after a long day. The screened in porch with the 4 comfortable rockers was a nice place to hang out and listen to wildlife and the creek. Deer were very present at the property as well as throughout the resort. Gate guards are very friendly and the process is smooth. Pool area within the resort is clean and very efficiently run. Close to enough eateries if that is your things as well as a lot of variety. Downtown Ellijay is very cute as well. Overall I would stay here again and again if I continued to stay near Ellijay. Highly recommend.

Christmas in Ellijay

Our family stayed at the cozy creek cabin for Christmas. We had a great time, the cabin was perfect. The grandchildren also got their 1st taste of snow at the cabin!! Was truly a "white Christmas" like they all wished for! Will definitely be booking more trips with this host!

Ellijay Thanksgiving

We decided as a family we wanted to spend Thanksgiving in a cabin in the mountains. We had never been to Ellijay so thought we would check out the area and we found this amazing cabin. The pictures do not do it justice. It is a beautiful cabin, beautifully decorated, warm and cozy. The design of the cabin is perfect, allowing each family member there own suite, so to speak. Each bedroom has a balcony looking out towards the creek and deer wander freely through yard creating a wonderful view for our visit. The cabin was so comfortable that we rarely left but did manage to get in a couple of hikes. We cooked the majority of our meals in and found the kitchen nicely accommodating. Thanksgiviing dinner was purchased from the local grocery store and ended up being quite delicious.

Cozy Cabin and host excellent

The Cozy Cabin was clean, spacious for our family of 8. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking pots and pans. The host was easy and responsive to communicate with. Kept us informed of community activity. Beautiful setting, plenty of deer, rabbit and foxes. Property on a creek. Open and screened large decks overlooking large yard.
