On the ground floor, you will have a large living room with a lounge, dining area opening onto terraces offering a splendid sea view, a kitchen with a utility room that leads directly to a room facing the sea, closed by large sliding glass doors, equipped with a plancha and a barbecue. On this level, you will also find 2 bedrooms, each equipped with a television, a bathroom or shower room with toilets, and an independent bedroom with a TV as well as an en suite shower room and toilet.
On the upper level, you will have 3 bedrooms with shower rooms and toilets, as well as a terrace.
You will have access to a very beautiful infinity pool with a jacuzzi facing the sea, a petanque court, sheltered parking for 2 cars at the entrance of the property, and a garage.
Pets may be allowed but only after the owner's authorization.
Bed linen is provided.
The final cleaning is an additional €200.
The security deposit to be paid upon arrival is €3000.
Tourist taxes are extra (amount varies depending on the duration, the rental price, and the number of people over 18 staying in the accommodation).

The villa must be returned in an impeccable state, including the kitchen area, and the trash must be emptied.
The keys must be returned to the agency by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
